Weel ty for the link, but we all have our workout preferences. At least most of us do anyway. So it's basically do what works for you!
WillzillaEveryones goals are different my friend therefore everyones training program will be slightly different. Personally im going for the hypertrophy upper lower program i think its quite good for size gains
