multi v?

ad

So I've been diggin around for a good multi to add in. All I am taking currently is glucosamine I try not to flood myself with lots of supplements but figured a good multi wouldnt hurt. I've been directed to orange triads by control labs by a few friends of mine but would like other opinions on these and other suggestions of what else would be a good option. .....thanks!

I'm pretty sure they make an adult version lol.

For what it's worth I take Now Foods. And yes it might not be necessary if you eat a balanced diet, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to take anyway.

My thoughts too, a little extra wont hurt

honestly there have been so many studies come out lately that show that multi v are not effective ... the study was on absorption. the study found if you eat a balanced diet you don't need it.. haven't taken one in years and I notice no difference IMO only o would save my money and use on food

Yeah I've read through a few of those myself, just was curious if some were maybe a little better than others. Haven't taken any in a while myself

Costco multi-vit. They've been tested as one of the best and they're super cheap.

I use the same ones!

cdyrdes's picture

Costco? Never heard of those

You haven't heard of Costco (I doubt it) or their multi-vites? If you haven't, google it.
Costco has their own brand of vitamins and the like and they all test accurately and are a great buy. They also carry many top brands there, at great prices. I buy almost all my vitamin (fish oil, etc.) supps there.

Orange Triad It's a good multi/joint support its a tad pricey 25$ 2 months but again does your body really absorb the nutrients most likely not hence why your piss is neon green typically....Buy a juicer and juice raw fruits and vegetable VASTLY SUPERIOR TO ANY MULTI ON THE MARKET if you want brotha I can give you a couple recipes as well.....

I wouldn't spend a lot of money on a multi. I have in the past and it's done nothing for me. Now I just buy centrum.

cdyrdes's picture

I tried those (mens one a day) and they make my stomach fill full all day for some reason kinda like a bloated full

irongame427's picture

That's weird, I can't say that's ever happened to me. So maybe you should look into a higher quality multi. Orange triads probably the best, animal packs a pain in the ass to take all those pills every day. Opti-men is another good option.

Ill check em out rusty and glad you pointed out the stomach irritation. Its one of the reasons I posted this.
