instant oats with rice syrup

Every damn carb messes with me accept instant oats.
I was going to just use these as my main carb source but wanted to sweeten them with 2tbs of rive syrup per servings.

Thoughts on rice syrup?

Also, i should mention that i use GDA as well as the taboo hormone once I'm awhile.

Il look into this. Have you heard of vitafiber? Apparently it's sweet also.

I've never heard of it but I'm definitely gonna get some after reading about it.
I choose rice syrup for the additional carbs as well though.

Rice syrup has a lower glycemic index than the oats do. Should be a good choice.

I've seen conflicting info on the GI of rice syrup. Many reports show it to be very high--like 90s high.

Yeah. But

two diabetic friends of mine didn't see any crazy levels when checking their blood.
So idk.

I was gonna do smaller portions of carbs several times a day. So basically as mentioned, a serving of oats and 2tbs rice syrup.

Liquid carbs especially are a nightmare.
