When to implement clen/t3 during cycle?
ad
I'm planning out a cycle consisting of:
12 weeks Test C @ 500mg/week
Arimidex (.25mg EOD and adjust)
HCG 250ius twice a week (week 4-up to PCT)
6 weeks of T3 (tapering up and down)
2 weeks on/2 weeks of Clen (tapering up to my max)
Nolva/Clomid PCT
My goal is to cut body fat (currently around 16%) / lean gains.
The thing I can't decide on and have read different approaches is when to introduce the Clen/T3 into the cycle.
Right from the start? Middle? End?
Input appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the replies. I will definitely hold off on the clen and t3, and maybe everything for awhile.
I will continue to work on my body fat with diet and cardio, then consider running the test alone with adex on hand as needed.
Low dose of t3 dont make you flat 50mcg a day you good to go
I wouldn't fk with t3 unless you get excited about the idea of a fkd up thyroid... and I'm pretty sure you're not taking 12.5 of Adex eod. At least I sure as fk hope not...
Are you saying the adex is not required, or commenting more how its impossible to split the 1mg pill that way?(I was thinking they were .5mg) I think I can split mine 4 ways and do .25mg EOD.
I'm saying that I doubt you're going to be taking 12 and a half 1 mg pills
Wow, I guess a little proof reading would go a long way. LOL Thanks.
Clen/T3 isn't going to do anything for you except make you stringy. You do not have enough muscle mass on your frame to overcome the effects of T3. T3 is non-selective in the tissue it burns. It loves to burn muscle just as much as it likes fat so if you are looking for that skinny-fat look, then by all means go for it.
As Greg stated below ... there is zero need for Clen and T3 ... get your diet under control if your trying to drop BF%
6'
195lbs
16% BF
You sound like you have no mass with a bit of a beer gut.
What's your workout and cycle history?
Seems to me you need to stick to the basics, work on diet and cardio, drop the T3/clen at the least. and at best the entire plan.
