+ 7 Is the cycle or the recovery more important?

ad

While a cycle is a great time to get those beach bodies, is it the most important part of the plan? The success of a cycle is dependent on first of all diet, and then our efforts inside the gym, how we manage levels of each factor like test, estro ect & also our pct.

All of these are important factors in our goals, but did you know the recovery time & what you do during time off is just as important?

We have to take everything into consideration when we’re trying to reach our goals & make sure to prioritize accordingly. What good is all the work & effort on cycle if your body has no recovery & the same efforts in each factor are not given the same consideration or effort? Time off is as important & too many neglect the importance & fail to remember the long term goal. Risk vs reward is often failed to be measured! It’s all the little things that we do that helps us to achieve the overall goals.

There are 52 weeks in a year. Time on cycle = Time off cycle if we practice what we preach. Most cycles vary between 8 weeks to 20 weeks depending on the compound & the ester. So, if we are using long esters, we have a maximum of TWO cycles per year. If we do short esters, we have a max of THREE maybe FOUR depending on the length of cycle.

The time off cycle & what you do during this time is just as important as the time on!!

There’s no magic & no shortcuts. AAS is just a tool to help us achieve our goals, but it’s wasted money & time if not done correctly!!

BE SAFE & KEEP GRINDING

Well said bro!
A lot of guys I know don’t follow this time on -=time off or pct like they should.
I try and tell them to do more research but like many people they are hard headed and will probably have to learn on their own!

Well said brother.. I'm a firm believer in pct is just as if not more important than the cycle itself... what's the point in making great gains if you just lose them all after... Never made sense to me.. hell I never even used gear till I truly plateaued out.. and not a plateau that changing diet training ect couldn't fix a true plateau where I felt I had maxed out my natural potential for the most part.. good post+1
