+ 8 Hey what's a good cycle for.......

ad

Ok, I have to make a post about this. It is a common occurrence again and it will get the wrong message across if anyone answered the question "What's a good cycle for Bulking, or cutting, or fighting, or a gymnast , runner, so on and so forth?"
The answer is there is no answer. Ok, let me explain.

Are there compounds that are better for specific goals? Yes, absolutely.
If someone wants to gain 20lbs of mass on a cycle they'd lean more toward bulking compounds like Anadrol, Nandrolone, Higher test doses w/ a lower dose AI,.. right?
Same for cutting. You'd look at things like Anavar, Winny, Mast etc.
But why? Because some compounds are just better suited for those specific goals. "Well thank you captain obvious, wtf is your point?"
My point is, there are certain cycles or compound combinations that are definitely following the general consensus and widely accepted in a cookie cutter type fashion.
"So what are you saying that the general consensus is wrong Nitti?"
NO! That isn't my point. I will; use myself as an example.

I can use a traditional bulking cycle and cut up like a Charles Manson victim. Why? Because my genetics, my eating habits, my metabolism and a laundry list of other factors make it very difficult for me to bloat/bulk in a big way.
It is pretty much different person to person. I know this is true for most of us, if we have an advanced level of experience with cycling.
The next guy may run that same cycle and blow up like one of Ed's make believe hookers (blow up dolls are ppl too,...in Ed land) he keeps in his closet.
Why am I bringing this up? It isn't to dismiss the general consensus or oppose it in any way.
The fact is most of the people here on eroids are amateur bodybuilders and the Cookie cutter cycle approach will probably yield similar results person to person. That is because they have the same or similar goals, eating habits, workout regimen etc.
When this idea of going against the grain comes into play is when you get a question like,.. "Hey what is a good cycle for a fighter?"
Now see, this is where the problem arises. I get this question a LOT! And in the past I have thrown around cycle ideas based on what I have done and what I experienced. More or less giving a list of compounds I used with dose and duration while paying no mind to the fact that this is fucking dangerous! I am guilty and I take responsibility for my actions. I won't be so hardline or adamant about giving advice to some kid who I favor because I was in the spot he is in and come from that same sport. This goes for any athlete who is running a cycle or thinking of running a cycle.

Just because Nitti used 2 week rounds of tren and halo doesn't mean that someone e else should do it.
If you look back at my early posts/comments from 2 years ago, I often said I was misguided and given poor advice on AAS by a strength and conditioning coach in the industry.
He had $$ on his mind.

So having said that, what are some examples of what I am trying to get across here?
Well there is no good cycle for a fighter. There is no good cycle for a wrestler or a runner etc. There are too many factors in making a decision on compounds.

  • Are you a pro fighter? Do you get drug tested? If so when?
  • How much time do you have pre-test?
  • How many cycles have you run to this point?
  • What compounds have you used? What are the results you seek?
  • How are your eating habits?
  • How much weight can you afford to gain?
  • Do you know how much weight you can cut 48hrs pre weigh in?
  • How much time do you spend training?
  • And the list goes on and on.

So I can't just give someone who never used AAS a cycle I would run to prepare for a fight. Way too many variables to calculate and take into account.
So please, don't assume that you should look for Halotestin just because you fight.
The fact is, most fighters/endurance athletes aren't trying to gain mass unless they are stepping up a weight class.
AAS is used as a training tool. Along with other performance enhancers like amphetamines & psychostimulants. It is to get the most out of your training camp and go hard as you can to prepare for the fight. Or marathon or whatever you do. I should wrap it up because I have a tendency to babble and rattle on and on when something gets me worked up.

Guys, don't be so accepting of the cookie cutter approach for any sport. Bodybuilding included.
Look at specific compounds and read their profiles before making a decision. You first have to have a goal in mind. Then you can entertain the idea of mapping out a plan for training and cycling. Hopefully this helps some newbs understand a little better what the problem is with their questions.

Like others I just want to say great post and I agree completely with the comments posted before mine.
I keep sponging in the knowledge and I´m very appreciative and lucky I came across this place even before I ever touched AAS, in sum this community will be with me from start to finish and I know I´ll be better for it.

Thanks again !

Thank you brother! THIS is why we preach slow compound use, so each individual member can gain personal experience with THEIR OWN reactions and responses... but of course few will listen to that and jump on a stack that so and so suggested and got great results. I am still (and will probably always be) experimenting with compound doses and synergies because (I know this doesn't factor into many ppls equations) my body is in constant flux and change and the cycle I did 2 yrs ago may not yield the same results due to countless variables even if I mimic it exactly. For me this is a GOOD thing, it keeps my learning curve fresh and my attention to my body sharp.

I've been at this for almost 20 yrs and not only gratefully but eagerly seek new direction beyond my scope of knowledge - but TRUST is a key factor to what I am going to do and put into my body. I've been here for years and there is a small handful that I will TRUST for guidance (THANK YOU V!!) because in this world there are many things that can go wrong. So you guys who build an acct, go straight to cycles, ask "how about this...?" then run off to cycle because one anonymous guy on the internet said "g2g" are a disaster waiting to happen. I can't stress enough that it is in your best interest to slow it down, become apart of the community and build relationships. We do have some great, knowledgeable guys as well as some 6 month wonders who picked up a little info and think they "know shit" and you may not know the difference if you don't stick around and pay attention

Great post brudda!... indirectly forcing noobies to research deeply if they fancy designing their own cycle instead of grabbing for a pre-printed cookie cutter general purpose style stuff which is to most points safe and easily controllable.

You yourself know that i tend not to print out any cycles on these boards anymore because of past abuse and folks putting their own twist on things which totally fucks up the synergistic effects i originally planned... so that being said the only place i utilise my own personal brand of AAS KUNG FU! is with my team back home or my brother MODS that fancy stepping on the gas a little harder (hollywood is running now and having a blinder ) ..... i am so scared of my stuff being copy/pasted and abused i was actually going to post my spring cutter in cycle logs and after much thought backed off!.... it is a shame because many on here could benefit and extend their knowledge by seeing things they could never find anywhere on the net or books/mags etc... but has we stand at the moment on here with the massive influx of young, uninformed and NOT willing to listen members i have no choice but to put the lid on my toolbox or i could be classed as the scourge of eroids pushing monster, heavy, hard to control cycles down peoples throats.

Let me just take a moment to explain what i mean when i mention "hard /easy to control cycles just for people to get their heads around what real advanced cycles demand.... easy cycles are the mainstream couple of long ester shots pr wk and including cutters with ED shots..... hard to control + using long ester base shots (multiples) and also daily multi pinning (utilising 6hr time slots) to pull the max strength out of short and ultra short ester compounds (half-life utilisation), GH and peptide balancing with the added hardship of timed eating , controlling high and low GI carbs when feeding an insulin protocol etc,etc,etc,...... no easy task for the uninformed and multi-compound virgins.

Maybe just maybe!... i will drop one of these type cycles on the board when i am no longer a MOD... and i am sure the day i ever do post will be same day i get the ban hammer dropped on my swede lmfao!!

Damn, that truly is a shame cuz although uninformed, I am not young or unwilling to listen. I came here with the purpose of listening and learning. Learning a lot already. One of the things Ive learned is that Im not ready for any advanced cycles. Maybe by the time I am youll see enough of me on here to consider me able to follow instructions without that twist. Anywho, thanks V and U am paying close attention bro. Just need some direction from time to time.

That's the way to do it man. Surround yourself with knowledgeable people listen and learn. There is no such thing as a stupid question. If you're like me once you understand what this site is about you get sucked in, it's a brotherhood. I've said it before there is no other place you can go to get real life experiences like eroids, roid related or not. There are people on here that have gone through the same things you and I have that can help. Almost like therapy, lol

PIN_CUSHION's picture

I understand what you are saying it's just a shame that people would take a layout like yours and run it blind. You would think that anyone with common sense would look at an advanced cycle and realize that it is considered advanced for a reason. The average guy like myself just can't wrap their head around a cycle like yours. No way would I attempt such a thing. I would like to someday be at that point, but I know it takes YEARS of hard work and dedication, maybe someday. I myself would like to see maybe a peek of what a guru like you puts yourself through just to appreciate it. I've learned there more to it than just shooting some gear in your body and pumping iron. I hope the uneducated don't ruin it for everyone. I think in the end good will prevail and we can all grow together. Just don't loose patience, and know that for every douche bag there are two others who are eager to learn.

I think all the MODS are doing a good job of ridding the community of people who are unwilling to listen and are putting themselves and others health if jeopardy. Ok enough with my rant. Thanks again

Great post Nitti.

Not gunna lie, after using test on my first cycle and being in a few weeks into my second I can honestly say I'm prone to lots of sides from Test. 500mg a week and I get sweats, bloating, and gyno. Even using an ai at a high dose the sides are apparent. There really is no cookie cutter approach.

Nitti's picture

Yes! There's a drug called Mibolerone. Find it and use handfuls of it. But wash it down with whiskey. That keeps the sides away. You'll me a beast bro. Great first run

I just realized there may be someone who tries this. IM JOKING! Haha?

Good post and so true. I've changed my idea for a cycle so many times because I'm trying to match the compounds to my goals. My previous cycles were based off of what everyone else did. My main focus right now is upping my food intake and hitting it hard in the gym. I want to be in shape before going on cycle not relying on gear to get me in shape. I want a cycle tailor-made for me and my goals, and when I'm ready I'll post it up for guys like you to review and customize. I've never had anyone actually take the time to evaluate where I'm at and where I need to go with my cycle, it was always hey man take this and you'll get big. I think eroids is a great place and should not be taken lightly. I've learned that guys are willing to help if you are willing to put in the work. Looking forward to growing on here.
