First cycle in years ... Winstrol inj with Test e
I'm an old fart who's lifted off and on since a teen and after three solid years back in the gym I've kicked it up a notch over the past six months. Felt ready to try a cycle for the first time in years. There's so much more info and products out now I have had to relearn everything. I have an order placed and am currently planning the following ...
Winstrol injectable 50mg every other day for 20 days
Along with ...
Test e 250mg weekly for 10 weeks
This is similar to the relatively short/mild cycles we used to do back in the day with Winstrol V and adding any basic test. I'll be watching caloric intake to get some of the post-50 flab off while maintaining or even increasing lean muscle (hopefully). Even though I never had gyno issues back in the day, I'll probably start Nolvadex at the end of the Winny to the end of the cycle then do a three-week PCT.
Will be moving to a three day split with cardio daily and on off days. Due to joint issues I keep my reps up in the higher range with a heavy day once per month.
Am still working out the diet. One thing I know for sure is that if the diet is out of whack you're just wasting money trying to cycle. Lotsa work to do here before the meds arrive.
I'm 55 yo 6'1" and 202 lbs this morning. Not sure of my BF% but I'm relatively trim. Just have a bit of love handles and minimal old guy belly flab. Will get labs done before starting. I know from labs last year that my T is already low, as expected for my age.
Any input greatly appreciated.

IIRC last summer I was like 260 when I had my labs and remarkably that was the first year it was low. Musta been good genes or maybe just lucky. I've always been able to put on muscle naturally and I still have a decent sex drive. But have noticed both declining over the past couple years.
For PCT I'm thinking a good OTC supplement and a few weeks of HCG. I've never really experienced a heavy drop in test production or baby-nuts after a cycle. But I've always done what most would consider 'mild' cycles and I was a lot younger then. Nowadays at 55yo my results may be different.
Thanks for the info.
Rustyhooker260......get your dr involved and hit trt. Skip the cycle. Trt should have you numbers up about 600 so youre hormonally 25 again. Fix your foods and you will be suprised.
At most, test your igf numbers as well and see where you are there. I had to hit trt and found igf crashed as well. I feel MUCH better. Then maybe a cycle bout a year after your dr has you straight
Unfortunately my doc is dead set against TRT. He liberally prescribes Ciallis but gives a big thumbs down to test patches or gel.
RustyhookerThen its your body....this is a website...
Find a new dr or research the trt forums. Otc boosters are worthless. Be safe sir
So what, other than HCG, do you guys include on a PCT nowadays? Lotsa new stuff out there now. Still sorting thru it.
'll ask for the IGF numbers on my labs. Is there a general list of labs I should ask for on my next panel?
Thanks for all the info. Very much appreciated.
Four weeks of tamoxifen and clomiphene. You can throw some HCG in the mix, but not necessary with that cycle. I also think you should go with TRT. There is nothing wrong with shopping for a TRT doctor, with the testosterone level you have. Urologists are the best prescribers.
RustyhookerBoom! Get a good dr thats up to date.

Looks like it isn't gonna matter. The order on the website had a shipping address misspelling and I've been trying to get it corrected for three days with no luck. Used the supplier's webmail app twice and contacted them here and nothing. No updates ... no intelligible replies. Looks like I got scammed.
I guess a trip to Mexico is in order. Lol.
RustyhookerYou post a question on their chat page? Friend the source?
Sorry but your post is feeling really quickly like bacconnator n fries bro
Yep. All of the above.
I should have mentioned my goals ....
Essentially trim off the old guy flab while maintaining or even increasing lean mass, and add a bit of strength and endurance. I used to kick-box (this was before MMA) and have recently started working the heavy bag again for cardio and am working on technique and movement. I could use a little more endurance there for sure.
I guess I'll call this the Old Fart Kickstart TRT Plus Cycle. :o)
