+ 6 Cool article on androgen receptor down regulation!
ad
https://www.taeian.com/androgen-receptor-down-regulation-and-its-effects...
Found the above article online today and I figured I’d share as I’ve seen many debates on the receptor down regulation topic. Seems like this guy did his homework and cited some case studies! What do you all think?

Taeian, you don't seem to be capable of having a scientific debate. But that is what happens when you are merely an abstract surfer.
You have already admitted that rear loading shorts at the backend of a cycle can spur new gains. That sort of makes tame, your claims.
Plateau's happen. But for you to attempt to point to receptor regulation as the be all end all , and to evangelise it as a reason to not run cycpe for more than 6 weeks is pathetic!
Do you have any iota of how to define gains?!
Do you have any idea of how many factors lead to the creation of each individual type of gain?
Do you have any concept of how many different types of agonists and antagonists there are for receptors, let alone duration of actions or volume of receptors.
What about the other multifaceted aspects of the system that are involved such as nutrient partitioning, energy supply/storage/release, protein intake/degradation, protein creation....
Never mind considering the workings of hypertrophy versus hyperplasia...
Yet you reckon, let's talk about receptor downregulation. This is the cause of plateaus in 'gains'.
Like I said, you haven't a clue of what you are talking about.
actually dying here at how you copied every single thing I've said word for word lmao. Like its actually pathetic. How do you get off taking everything someones posted and copying it word for word onto another site. And other post before acting like a expert you even linked my facebook and post I've made on other websites lmao. Literally linked to my name. But then decide oh your the expert now, its time to re write what buddy has said and do no research on my own and make a article out of all of my research. Lmao literally sad as hell. But its funny that you didn't do the research on your own because the things you copied from me you didn't realize a lot of points that I made clear here what's real world experiences and whats science backed and whats in animals etc. Please do support with science btw on deca converting to 20 percent rate of estrogen as testosterone lmao .Please provide the science here.
Literally copy cat rip off abstract surfer/ article surfer rip off.
And again making things up in your head.
1, I fully admitted that there seems to be gains can be revived somewhat.. though not as good by upping the dose. And clearly stating this is purely anecdotal and not scientifically backed. But of course me stating a anecdotal experience equals hardcore science to you when it suits you? lol...
2nd, There is nothing wrong with me taking something proven to happen, aka receptor down regulation, And then studies with real world results where AAS had 90 percent of their effects within the first 6 weeks, and other studies showing highest peak at 3 weeks even. to help pin point where receptor down regulation may happen. Since it does, proven.
And the rest is you literally grasping onto anything you can because you have absolutely nothing to back up what your trying to refute. uh uh maybe maybe this happened so we don't know what happened. Good job at replying with a bunch of nonsensical arguments and fully dodging the main points.
You cannot seem to grasp a single spec of anything put out there its truly sad. Hence again why you just throw out a bunch of random what if"s".
I presented data with how important androgen receptor content is to gains, and literally multiple studies on this being one of the biggest gate keepers to muscular growth.
And then you try to reply with a whole bunch of non sense still with areas that I had discussed even and the studies did. Such as AAS anti catabolic effects.
Call me a abstract surfer yet if you had even read a single study that is most basic understanding of AAS and their anabolic effects you wouldn't of stated such stupid comments such as protein degradation, protein creation storage etc.
You think you can impress anyone by talking in circles on areas that have literally no relevance here lets go on a public webcam debate and discuss literally all those factors. Ill have all my studies up and ready.
Prove to everyone your not talking out of your ass and trying to go in circles with nothing but random fallcies acting like you know what your talking about and debate me on real time 1 on 1 where you cant keep dodging every call out to your so called points.
The only moron here is you which you've literally ripped off tons of my content before in your prior post on deca and prolactin. And even mentioned my forum post in your post. And not to mention literally all your post are full of the most insane bro science bullshit I've ever seen in my life proving you've never researched a single topic besides abstracts and forum post. Lets hear more about how deca aromatizes at 20 percent the rate of test.
Its actually insanely sad that literally your so called write ups on here have copied my post literally word for word. post/topics/studies nobodies ever seen online expect from my articles. And funny that you only happened to post it after my post. Deca lowering prolactin, the shut down similarities, literally word for word copied my shit its quiet sad. But you got a lot of it wrong still.
Wow! more lies, so more negs. Sort out your effeminate insults or you will keep getting negged.
By the way, logical falacy is flawed reasoning, fyi. Most commonly seen when people deduce things from suppositions, or work backwards from assumptions. I see you didnt understand what that was in an earlier post.
I mentioned you as a contrarian (which was actually a complement, as it is good to think differently from the herd) that was talking about deca only cycles. If you have a problem with being referenced (which you clearly do), than I amn't sure why you would pen an article in the first place.
Re: deca, my favourite topic. You are wrong in almost every single thing you have said about me. So I am happy to discuss that on another thread.
With regard to this thread:
Lmao lies, Boy I love how you dodged everything I said once again. All your post are based off what if's.
All your post are literally based off assumptions with no actual science backed reasoning.
And not a problem being referenced its the fact you literally took my post and re wrote every single freaking thing I said in your own words. You literally copied everything I said to a freaking T and worded as your own with every single study I also put forward. EVERY single detail.
You are literally a copy cat and have done no research on your own but instead rewrite what others write.
Ok I am negging you again for calling me a copy cat and saying I took something of yours (dont keep lying about me Taeian), as I am the opposite of that. Sort that out and you can have your Karma back. I am going to be really straight with you. if you rant, I just dont read it. I see a lie and I will just neg it and not read it.
Here is a novel idea for you.... Want to have a simple discussion on your post??
No rants, no insults, just a discussion...
Are you able for it?
Ive replied to every single one of your replies in detail and called out your points while you ignored every single one every time.
You think I care about karma when you have literally copied my topics/post/writings literally every single point to a T but worded them as your own, your 3000mg Deca experiment on prolactin even.. 3000mg hmm wonder where you got the idea for 3000mg. literally in my post. You legit copied every single study/post/point Ive made on forums and my writings and literally worded them as your own. And you still got shit wrong because all you did was copy someone else's points. Sorry but not taking that back and that's a fact. I can post from the forums every single post I made Linking to every single thing you've said in your 3 post. You literally re worded everything I said. Literally. Own up to it.
Taeian, If you think me running an experiment to solve for 1) prolactin debate, and 2) aromatisation problems is copying you because you are the first person in the world to run deca solo? You are off your rocker. Also my experiment was run at 1g iirc. Sadly it failed, following that I played with MULTIPLE doses including eventually hitting 3g. Did I get the actual dose from you?
I referenced you re: running deca solo, you muppet!!
Your whole topics were literally word for word my post and studies in one. Literally everything I said compiled and thought of. Literally my words. Anyone can see it
LMAO
Wow, another lie. Nope, that experiment was based on an argument over prolactin, with Flash I think, plus it incorporated my own demons with testo/aromatisation. Its all laid out in the discussion. And, it is crystal clear.
The research is of every possible avenue I could find, including (something I value) anecdotal stories. You fell into that category actually. Actually, iirc, D mocked me for referencing you! But I stood/stand by the reference, and I stand by every other avenue I investigated, you were saying interesting things at the time.
I just wished they were accurate, but like I say, the experiment failed, sadly.
AnonWell said.
Another factor at the 6 wk mark is if one is still passionate and motivated to train hard and maintain proper nutrition.
If one has been off gear and jumps back on those early gains come easy and are great. But a lot of gym rats start to get lazy in their training at that point.
Those early gains come easy and are great.. you just said this yourself. Now question why are they easy and great... androgen receptors upregulate. Not eveeyone becomes a lazy fuck past 5 weeks. Think of pro bodybuilders who have claimed how gains stop. You think when their livelihood and passion is on the line and train 12 months straight they automatically stop being hardcore mid week of their off season cycle is wby their gains stop too?
Just pointing out another factor and not debating receptors.
"Not everyone becomes a lazy fuck past 5 weeks."
Read my reply again as I said I notice a lot gym rats get lazy. Didn't mention pros or people that take it srs and are passionate.
Talking about the average gym bro that this isnt a lifestyle for. Look in any commercial gym you see it all the time.
I agree lots of gym rats get lazy. However what I see is gym rats get lazy come years in the gym. Looking around at people in the gym I don't know how dedicated they are or have been. People I see day in day out at gyms always look same intensity or whatever to me. Someone I see for a year straight going balls to the wall I still see them do it year later. Same with dude that workouts more relaxed. Ive personally never noticed random gym rats change their intensity massively.
I do know however people I know personally who workout and I don't know anyone that gets lazy mid cycle. I know people who get lazy off cycle yes.
Do you always have to have the last word. All depends what type of gym and people you are working out with.
Again I am talking about dudes in commercial gyms that will always look like shit. Because no matter how many PED's they take they don't know shit about training.
One typical one is the dudes that just show up on gear to get ready for the summer. When they do stop in during the fall/winter they have on two tshirts and a hoodie. They will dress that way until their summer cycle kicks in and all of a sudden they swell up. But then they end up spending more time outside the gym in the warm weather and their training gets worse.
Some reason you keep think I am talking about people that take their training srs and do it for life.
AnonBro, it's a waste of time talking to this dunce.
He has said some really stupid shit. Claims he doesn't do his own editing of the articles he signs his name to. Misspells a bunch. Deploys numerous logical fallacies. Dismisses anecdotal evidence if it doesn't support his beliefs while accepting anecdotal evidence if it does. He is a hypocrite and a charlatan.
I haven't read any of his page long replies. I was just posting in regards to the OP. So the only post of his I read was his reply to me. Which shows me he just wants to argue his point of view.
Also forgot. I love how you reply one minute calm and collect. Then I give you a reply that is very respectful, share my experiences in a very respectful manner and I do not denounce your experiences or anything you've said but instead simply share my experiances.
And because my experiences are the opposite of yours your replies become that of a 12 year olds. Im not reading that you are wrong you're a dunce etc.
Get yourself checked brother. I haven't insulted you once and done nothing but gave respect to your post. Like literally get yourself checked, just because someone's experiences are different then yours you don't get all butthurt and try to insult people and just keep spamming you're wrong, you're wrong youre an idiot you're stupid. Especially when I post up science.
Your off bud sorry.
Anon-1 for being a thin skinned hypocrite and liar.
You've been a passive aggressive insulting prick, it's here in your comments. You never substantiated your conclusion in your article with sufficient evidence to make it true, and then demand others have to prove it wrong when you haven't proved you're right.
Use spell check or get your editor to type for you since you can't decide to use "experiances" or "experiences." Of course I'm gonna call you a dunce when you type like one.
And once again avoid all actual call outs on your points, your points simply being, "you're wrong".
Good job deflecting and topic dodging once again.
Anything else you want to try and bring up or make up with more lies etc and fully avoiding everything you've been called out on?
Lmao awesome great reply again. Again zero proof to your claims and not a single piece of scientific evidence has been posted on your part at all this whole time. Good job. Instead just keep saying, YOUR WORNG. Very awesome.
Legit full of lies too. I can literally posted dozens of screen shots of my messages with others who edit my articles and send them to me. But of course losing a debate badly you start making up lies to make someone look bad right. Who here wants to see the screen shots of others sending my articles and offering to edit for me. put up your email and Ill send literally dozens.
And then dismisses anecdotal evidence lmao.... legit dying here at how delusional you are. You are the one that kept bringing in personal experiences and I brought my personal experiences to the table and when I put in personal experiences its dismissing others? lmao what world are you on? So because someones personal experiences is opposing to yours it means the person is dismissing yours. No its me putting in my input. like you yourself did... Are you all there buddy?
But again great job at only supplying anecdotal evidence as proof and zero scientific. Hey my friend says he gains 10lbs every week by staying on cycle for 20 weeks. Is that good scientific proof?
Anon-1 for using another logical fallacy and not reading the forum rules.
You deployed a strawman by only mentioning my personal experiences and your personal experiences when you previously mentioned anecdotal experiences you found online as evidence to support your conclusion. That's a strawman.
"me stating random pro bodybuilder feels effects stop by week 6 and many users all across the internet and so on feel the same is just that... real world examples of peoples experiences. "-taeian
The forum rules state no posting personal information such as emails. And you did just ask me to post my email. Read the forum rules before you post again.
Anonedit
Good catch on the same studies!
AnonEDIT
I can attest to this. I have pretty much only done long ester cycles, mostly for peaking my strength in powerlifting, and i've noticed that i'm at my peak at around the 6-7 week mark. Anything after 8 weeks is minimal, and in fact, i tend to get injured shortly after that anyways. Again this is for strength alone, and cannot say much for size gain as i don't train for size
Does the receptors can be "clean" with l carnitine and t3 while im still on cycle?
Or i need to take a full break or lower to trt dose and the clean them with the above supplements?
Clarify a few things posted here.
Studies also showed example deca peaking within 24 hours from that spec injection and that even on test e a large portion of the effects on strength and size was seen within 3 weeks. Not my words or theories here but science.
How many of you have ran a cycle of long esters even test e and deca and noticed exactly what some of you have said. How slow it was past 8 weeks I seen commented. Google gains stopped mid cycle. And see vast amount of users on a test deca cycle complaining by week 5 or 6 their gains have halted even when upping their food insanely. Like studies I posted and there's more to prove it to but I cut it short. Majority if not all of gains are seen by week 6. And anymore is just a anti catabolic effect.
Go ahead do a long or short ester cycle for 10 weeks. Mark each weeks strength and size gains and notice how little come later. Even tho long esters do take time to build up yes. But building up doesn't equal its not in massive effect within 24 hours. Studies show it.
Also guys on longer trt peroids this is a great way to make trt more effective with size gains and effects when you are just crusing by alternating your trt even by judt 20 to 50 or 100mg every 6 weeks. If your on trt for a long time why not right.
And or give the carnitine a try. You can pick it up locally any health food store usually and watch. You'll see beyond immense benefits this alone.
Chris Duffin I had try this on trt and his weight shot up 7lbs when it had been stalled and saw his strength go through the roof.
Natural Aaron Curtis had him try as well. Hadn't been training regularly for about 2 yrs and got him on this and hit a deadlift pr outta no where.
Thanks for the tidbits and clarification! A few guys have legit argument on the studies because they’re the same! Can you clarify that for us? Glad to see you on here though. I think you’ll be a great addition to the forum! Make sure you read all the rules as there are some things we can’t talk about like “Slin”. Just so you know for future posts! Nothing taboo in the above post. Again, happy to see you on here. Looking forward to seeing more info backed w/ research & not just bro science.
There are also studies indicating the longer the ester the greater the anabolic potential of the drug is...
Which kind of goes against that short cycle theory.
Molinin302Makes me give more thought to my TRT and are my blasts too conservative
Does your TRT make you less sensitive to steroids?
Molinin302Not that I've noticed, I just started a run 2 weeks ago. More test, NPP and dianabol for a month. I'm feeling great and there's a little acne, cramping, etc. But it does seem as time goes on, the sides are less prominent. So yeah, when I said not that I've noticed, I have. Its not remarkable to the point of saying they're less effective, but ill say sensitivity has gone down. (Clinic has me on a high dose though, 200mg cypionate weekly)
I never seen any serious Gains after 8 weeks myself. But I haven’t tried anything but test and deca anyway.
I’m going to give his theory a test drive! Instead of doing one 12 week cycle next time; I’m gonna do two six cycles w/ a rest for the receptors in between.
I never did anything over 12
Smart man! I only did once & my PCT was much more difficult! I like the shorter runs just because of that.
