1st Cycle input please
Hello to all. I have been lurking around for years and I am finally preparing to begin my first cycle.
Stats:
Age 32
5'8" 180lbs 15% body fat
4 years of intense lifting/training
Currently I am 30 days into a cut diet to reduce my body fat to 10% before I begin my cycle.
I am considering starting a 6mo-year HGH cycle right now a few months before my test e cycle. My reasoning for considering the HGH cycle is:
- Added support on lowering my body fat
- Helping stay lean through my test e cycle
- Helping keep gains after pct is complete
- Added gains/benefits from the HGH
HGH cycle
week 1-4 2ul every day
week 5 2.5 ul 5 days on 2 off
week 6 3ul 5 days on 2 off
week 7 3.5ul 5 days on 2 off
week 8 through 30/52 weeks 4ul 5 on 2 off
test e cycle starting 2/3 months after HGH
12 weeks test e 500 per week pin 250 2x per week Sunday/ Thursday
arimidex .5 EOD adjust as needed
HCG starting week 4 through start of pct. Still considering dosage.
PCT to start 18 days after last pin
novola and clomid still considering doseage
16 week break then on to cycle number 2.
I would like input on the HGH cycle im considering for 6/12mo. My test e cycle is pretty basic for beginners.

Wow, its like someone was reading my mind. this is almost the exact cycle im looking into.
Hgh at 2iu a day( 5on2off) for 5 months
Starting second month into the hgh, run 500mg of Test E a wk for 12wks.
HGH cycle is on hold as it is out of stock currently. Going to run a few cycles of Clen and maybe stack with T3. bodyfat is around 14-15 and becoming stubborn. 8-10% is the goal before I start my cycle
AnonI think you'll find the additional testosterone will be a powerful fat burner in its self.
plus that HGH taken at night should actually help too
Anonby doing clen/t3 a your cure all to drop BF - you'll do nothing but hyperactive your thyroid and when you come off you'll be back to 15-17% BF..
Yes this is not good some people even rebound worse correct?
Even with a strict diet and training hard your saying once I quit using clen/t3 my body fat % will come back up?
Anonyour thyroid will be hyper-activated and go into recovery mode which will slow your metabolism down by a 10fold
hcg makes your test or natural body to kick in test e will turn it off why would you run hcg wouldnt you wait till after you was done with test e? just asking is all!
hCG can be ran to help with recovery, but it is optional. I really don't think he needs it until he runs a 19-nor compound. It just helps make PCT easier.... that is cool....it is all good, bro!!
I appreciate the input keep the info coming!
Also, look into running GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 starting toward the end of your HGH cycle, and after you come off that HGH. And, you could run it for half the length of your HGH cycle, maybe longer. That is when you would run a 5-on 2-off, or a 6-on 1-off dosing schedule.
I cant stress this enough. Get pre-cycle labs, mid-cycle labs, and labs 6 weeks after PCT. So you will want a 22-week break, plus it will be better for you because it will help your AR (androgen receptors) clear out a little more. Then, you will get better gains for your second cycle.
So your maximum length of time for HGH is a year and minimum is 6 months? I would start the HGH and the test e at the same time and run the HGH at 2-4 iu every day, until you run out, or meet your goal regarding the 6 months to a year.
The hCG is an optional run. Since, you aren't running any 19-nor compounds you could probably hold off. But, if you want to run it, you should run it at 250 iu two times per week starting the last 6-8 weeks of the cycle. It will only help you recover in your PCT more effectively.
Pitt is correct with the nolva and clomid dosages for PCT.
0.5mg eod of adex may be a little much to start off with. And, I would start the adex around week three or four. You don't want to knock out your estrogen without having a lot of aromatized test on board. Look into exemestane, too. Current research reports that it will help you with PCT.
Other than all that, I think you will have a good run. Get your diet in check with your BMR and get ready to lift weights, make strength gains, weigh yourself 1-2 times per day, and document your progress in a notebook.
