Zinc

ad

Ive heard that zinc can help with keeping estrogen levels down. Does this really work? And if so at what dose?

I know ZINC is essential for natural testosterone production but never heard of its estrogen lowering properties.

Vitamin b6 is good at lowering prolactin, zinc is good for helping slightly increase test levels. Vitamin C can help alleviate bloating. This is all based on a NORMAL 300-1100 test level male on no cycle. In order for any vitamin help reduce or increase things on cycle you would have to take enough to poison you for it to work. Not worth it. Take a real AI controller or get poisoned by using 2500mg a day of zinc and 750mg of b6. Vitamin poisoning fucks you up permanently not temporarily.

Almost any vitamin in high amounts can either kill you or have major side effects. B is a major one with harsh side effects. Ever take too much niacin and feel your skin on fire and not even a cold bath stopped it? I did lol. If you research vitamin overdose you will cringe.

Great point. Literally everything is dose related. You can die from drinking too much water.
Being informed on everything you take should be standard procedure. Unfortunately it's not...

If you are going to take pharmaceutical hormones then it only makes sense to take a pharmaceutical ai to keep estrogen down. Nothing is going to work like a real estrogen blocker. They say certain foods can lower estrogen but it doesn't do a thing when your taking 1000mg a week lol
