You should definitely include nolva for pct as well as clomid, the pct cycle mentioned below by bodybuilder should be perfect.

A lot of people think nolva and clomid do the same thing, but they don't.

Nolva is better for LH stimulation than clomid, and hence better for getting your natural test levels back to normal.

Clomid on the other hand is better for stimulating FSH, and hence it is better for increasing sperm production, this is why it is used to stimulate follicle growth in IVF treatment. This will also help with getting your boys back up to normal size post cycle.

agree on running the test a week or 2 longer. thats a fairly low dose of both compounds.
I assume you where running adex thru the cyc? did you have prolactin issues?
id be happy running 20/20/20/10/10 and 50/50/25/25/25

i alays swop from adex (during) to aromasin (pct) as it is better at kicking E2 estrogen (the typ that causes gyno)

Nolva: 40/40/20/20 Clomid:100/50/50/50 14 days after last pin. I would also save the adex for your next run. Although I have heard some use a small dose for pct, I haven't found the need for it during pct.

Nolvas saturation level is reached off 20mg ed. Imo nolvas out dated and torem is far superior for our purposes...

Mg to mg its weaker but over all it can be run much higher (150mg ed) and longer. Tamoxifene is a carcinagin and I only use it for gyno issues and low doses..

Maybe run the test a week longer to let the 19nor metabolies to clear...

Get Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid day 1-11 100mg 12-21 50mg
Thats how i would do it adex keep that for next cycle if you feel sides (bloating, any feelings on nipples, gyno, etc.)

start ^^^^^^^^ after 2 weeks (14 days) after last shot

P.S. not sure about the clomid thats just how i would of done it. If anybody else knows the correct or better way then help the man out. Sure its his first cycle.
