Please look at my PCT
I am going to start my first cycle and since fitness model is one of my goals i dont want to get gyno and i want the muscle to be lean and hard so i threw in Win. Please judge my PCT to make sure i am doing this right.
I have changed my cycle plans like 10 time but i am looking at this right now for cash concerns:
600MG Test-C 10WKS
20MG/ED Winn WK3-10
20MG/ED Nolva WK1-12
150MG/ED Clomid WK 12 & 100MG/ED Clomid WK14-15
Liv52 & Milk thistle WK 3-15
Can anyone let me know if my dosing of Nolva will be enough for controlling Gyno and if my dosing is strong enough?
I am 15% B/f on a crazy diet cutting from about 22% where i was months ago. I lift and train really fucking hard and i am starting to loose gains and level out. I keep logs and they just arent moving anymore. I have been lifting for 7 years on and off and i feel i am ready. I am 26/ 6ft/ 225 lbs last time i weighed in.

Here is my recommendation, drop the winny that will just dry you out and get rid of the water retention, and it will ruin your joints and have you on crutches. Instead invest in arimidex, that will prevent gyno and get rid of the water retention. As far as cutting weight just watch how you eat, and train your ass off. Renenber you can still cut with a test only cycle.
Test C 600mg 1-10wks
Arimidex .25mg daily 1-12wks
Clomid 50mgs daily 12-16wks
There is no advantage to run clomid over 100mg, 50mg is just as effective as 150(only difference is it is more toxic to your liver at higher doses).

AnonIf you dont want Gyno than you need a good AI Adex or Aromasin or Letro..
And i think you should up the dosage on Winny
In my experiences 20 mg nova eod has worked just fine for me u can always bump up if u start seeing the side effects. Thats alot of clomid maybe 100 for the first few days but after that 50 will be plenty.

Oh well. I am going with you said on the EOD on the nolva. If i need more or feel like i can use it less then i will. Clomid will start with 100 then lower from there.
I hear your a beast on clomid as far as semen production? i hope so.. The lady really likes alot and i like to give it to her.
