Hi guys, I'm after a bit of advice on what PCT to take after doing a test/deca/anadrol 10wk cycle.
I've done 2ml a week of test 400, 1ml of deca 400 for 10 weeks and 50mg of anadrol for 8 weeks. What PCT should I start please? I'm still very new to this at the minute so could use a bit of an idiots guide. I've ran a couple of other courses on the past but simple ones thar only needed Nolva (according to what I read)
What wait time from finishing the PCT could I expect to start another cycle also please

I'm still trying to wrap my head around why you would run a 10wk Deca cycle.
Well I'm currently maybe 8 weeks in, I am still a novice with this. I do have another vial of deca and could get more test to go with it if you'd recommend longer.
A advice is appreciated
