I am getting mixed times to take nova
One says the whole cycle other says to use it pct

I used to Run for pct 40,40,20,20 nolva and 100, 50,50,50 clomid 2 weeks post last injection(used to because I cruise at 180-200 nowadays) You can take during cycle if your nipples start to have trouble if you want to block the receptor but otherwise if no E2 sides just use for pct. If you are suffering from e2 sides best to run adex every 3 days. I never have a problem with e2 so vary rarely run an ai during cycle
Most people take it for pct. I've used it on cycle, there other and better routes to managing estro on cycle. Comes with some sides. Hinders gains.

I did a cycle of mast and test and my nips did get hard.
I was working to much and just stopped the cycle.
Now I can focus on this cycle
I got Nova and Clomid
FOR PCT or gyno reversal? Your going to need a anti estrogen too to lower the high estro.
use that search menu top left. Gyno reversal or just post cycle therapy pct dosage timing.
For pct atm
Week 1: 60 mg
Week 2: 60 mg
Week 3: 40 mg
Week 4: 20 mg
You always want to start with a higher dose when going through PCT treatment - the purpose is to block the estrogen receptors and reverse anything you might not even realize is there. Always titrate down as your body produces less estrogen from the exogenous hormones, and so you can more closely monitor any changes in the event of a sudden rebound of estrogen that might cause a flareup. Bear in mind the above formula is kind of a cookie cutter, so you might have to adjust duration of nova ingestion accordingly.
If I use this method I may not even need the clomid ?
