need help with gyno arimidex

I have a friend/co-worker who started his first ever cycle a week and a half ago. He is 41 years old, and is taking 300mg of test e per week. His nipples started hurting and itching 3-4 days ago. Just one week in. I was shocked that it happened that quickly with that low of a dose. I ordered some arimidex for him that will be here either tomorrow or Monday. How should he dose it? Thanks guys.

MultipurposeProbably just normal dosing, like .5 mg eod or so. If he's getting that bad that fast should have some letro on hand as well.
