PCT for Deca Sust Cycle

I am about to finish up a Deca Sustanon cycle with a Dbol kickstart. 250mgs of Deca for 10 weeks and 400mgs of Sust for 12 weeks. Weeks 1-4 20mgs of Dbol. I have clomid and nolva. I know I should start 2 weeks after last pin, but how much for this particular cycle? Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20??? I have seen this PCT posted alot, but I didn't know if I needed that high of a dosage for my PCT after my mild cycle. This is my 2nd cycle and I want to do it right. PCT on 1st cycle was bullshit. I took advice from friends who really didn't know what the hell they were talking about. Any advice from pros would be greatly appreciated.

wait until 3-4 weeks after your last shot before you start pct. Deca lingers around for a long time and will continue to suppress your test for a while.
clomid only. Not Nolva at 100mg first week, then 50mg per day for 3 more weeks
Why no nolva?

I would run that PCT Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20
