Just got labs back, Esto came in at 56.5 which was flagged as high, Can I get a anti estro recomendation to lower this?

I am a 54 yr old male, 210 lbs 6'1. took some bad advise 10 yrs ago and have been taking 200mg of test since 2009. I also use hgh, normal bi yearly blood has always been in check until recently where my hematocrit hit 56.1 a few weeks ago. I gave blood and started eating alot of anti oxidents, drinking 8oz of grapefruit juice, tons of water, tests came back today and hermatocrit was 44.6 !

I think it irresponsible to just start throwing compounds and doses at you without knowing any thing other than your estro is a little elevated. How about filling us in. Stats, priors, goals, what are you running etc...
