Clomid vs Arimidex for Hyperthyroid
I am a sports medicine student working as a personal trainer and have decided to get on to a small TRT performance dose of 200 mg per week of Test enanthate. I have always been genetically predisposed as subclinical hyperthyroidic. My total testosterone levels are generally in the upper reference range by default but also elevated estradiol and DHT. I'm not worried about DHT induced baldness because I'm already bald.
I realize the true wise medical answer is "nobody knows". Test blood work and make an objective decision in concordance with subjective symptomatic side effects. But In regards to which I should order first, I'd prefer to not order both if I don't need to and do a test run with one rather than the other. In my limited knowledge, since close only counts in horseshoes and not so much medical degrees, I would think arimidex would be more suiting. I could run clomid and have elevated estradiol and potentially still not have symptoms regardless though it may have more of a feedback issue on my overactive thyroid.
Any input is appreciated.

AK80Neither. Use Thiamazole instead. And since you're testosterone levels are already high enough, re-evaluate what you are actually doing in gym along with what foods you are putting into your body. Surely there are some tweaks you can make. For your elevated estradiol, look at taking 6mg of Aromasin once per week. That's half of the pill that a TRT+ guy would normally take. But if you don't have any signs of gyno and it's not super super high, then I wouldn't do anything at all. Just get blood work done twice per year.
Hyperthyroidism alone will raise estradiol, and can effect other hormones like prolactin, pregnenolone, LH... get those in check before meddling around with unnecessary test replacement doses.
I think you need to finish your studies first. Might want to go on to a masters afterwards.
If your test is in the upper range naturally there’s little to no point taking TRT your going to mess your self up for very little benefit .
anvilClomid long term use has risk of blood clotting. Enclomiphene is better but still.
