I've looked online but can't find a dosage to take off cycle. Not even sure exactly what I should take. I'm dozing Test P,100mg every other day and also taking EQ 250mg twice a week. I'm gonna do a 12-16wk cycle. Any advice would be helpful I'm kind of new at this and done most of my research online.

AnonMy goal is to get PCT'd and take only milk thistle and multi vitamins. Blocking estrogen all time isn't good. Why do you think you want to take Adex off cycle?
For PCT you probably want to run exemestane as your AI. As anastrozole can interfere with the SERMs you normally run(assuming you are running SERMs post-cycle and assuming you are even talking about PCT).
By off cycle do u mean pct?

people usually take adex @ .25-.5mgs EOD while on cycle to block sides...
