Would you be happy with these levels for a cruise?

Just had my bloods 5 weeks into a cruise that will probably be about 16 weeks long, just wanted to make sure I had my E2 nailed and thought I’d get my test done at the same time out of curiosity

Using 0.3ml T400 a week so 120mg, bloods were 4 days after my jab so no peak peak readings but not the bottom either.

Happy with my E2 and while I’m slightly out of range it didn’t seem my test was insanely high

Would people see this as low enough to allow my health markers to improve over the next 11 weeks or would you look to lower the dose even further

Using T400 as the D ester seems to agree with me weirdly

33.5 Nmol/l and range is 8.64-29

Do most bodybuilders blast and cruise or is it more common to blast and PCT??? I’d imagine blast and cruise equals more muscle as you never fully come off with no huge dips in hormones. Butt… then again I’d imagine your being harder on your body with potential health issues knocking you out of training. Just curious what you experienced guys are doing.

You are not making a living with this. Your health is more important. You always try and recover with PCT.

Are there any real cons to just cruising at 100mg of test e? If your natural t levels are on the low end anyway you might as well right? So cheap and easily accessible.

That would depend on your age. Blast and PCT is the best option. Especially if you're young. If you're older, have low test levels, this is where HRT/TRT comes in... And assuming you're doing everything right with doc check ups, bloods, donating blood. Then the benefits outweigh the sides IMHO if your body responds well and doesn't have any unusual blood work results. I've been on TRT since end of Oct. I blast and cruise these days (doc supervised). In my 20s I blasted with pct.

May I ask how much progress you lost in between blasts when you were doing PCT?

Depends what compounds I'd use. If I gained 25# in a test/deca cycle I'd drop 5# during PCT. Usually water. Gain and lose more if dbol was in there too. Test/Tren cycles I lost nothing. Kept all of it. And I used it as a lean bulk cycle.... I don't need juice to cut. Hard gainer.

What you lose during PCT wasn't there to begin with.

Exactly, any actual real tissue that was built will stay as long as you eat and train properly. The glycogen load goes away but that is just water. Eat like the 200lber you were before cycle and you will go back to 200lb. Eat like a 210lber after cycle and you will stay 210lbs.
