+ 1 What to run along TRT?

Diagnosed with primary hypogonadism (failure in testes and not pituitary) Might as well go all out!
I will be running Deca in the Fall to bulk and Primo or Proviron next spring to cut. All I am looking for is guidelines, mg's for mg's for the given substances.
I am about to run my first cycle of 500mg/wk Test E for 12 weeks. I am hearing conflicting info regarding running an AI from the start vs having it on hand in case you need it. What is the consensus on this? I currently don't need an AI at 160mg/wk TRT dose.
If all goes good with that (and I hope it will!), I want to have a few other things in my arsenal for the future and want to get as much info as I can now. Aside from T, the only other compounds I would want to run are Deca, Primo, and Proviron (preferably only one at a time with T to see how I react). I am basically looking for what I would say is the minimum amount of T I can use with the above substances without major complications. I hear having to keep T much higher than Deca is now broscience and can be run as 200mg T w/ 400mg Deca. Truth to this?
Please bear with my if I am showing ignorance in this matter. I have literally been researching for months but as we all know, there is plenty of conflicting info out there.
Rock on guys!
NOTE:
I am on DOCTOR PRESCRIBED TRT for PRIMARY HYPOGONADISM. I am looking to add in something extra ONCE IN A WHILE.

besomebodythe 200/400 test/deca will work great if you are just trying to cruise along.. you will be happy with it
That's 800mg of product.....This a cycle!!!! Stop posting bullshit that's goi to get someone hurt
Since i didnt see anything that directly answered your question and im sure youre set on doing a few cycles, test first of course 300-500 as mentioned below, keep an ai on hand because of possible gyno/estro issues (usually week 3 or 4 is when i feel that increased aromatase activity on enanthate, bloods eill determine your ai dosing although i always recommend aromasin), run through your cycle, enjoy the gains, and give your body time to recover from the excess strain associated with a cycle. While on your break research the above compounds even more and understand them inside and out. Then come back after your cycle, post your results, bloods, and give us a rundown of diet and training, then youll understand better what your goals are for your next cycle. You may find youre quite happy with test alone. Enjoy
Thank you for this. Do you start taking the AI at week 3-4 once you start feeling the effects of elevated e2?
First cycles should always be test only, start with lower dosage, 300 - 500.
How long you been on trt? Cyp or enan.
I have been on TRT for 2 years now, Test Cyp. Starting my first actual cycle of Test E 500mg/wk next month. I was just curious about the other info. I will be ordering the stuff and wanted to get extra for future cycles after this one is complete. I figure since I am already on exogenous T, Why not blast safely every now and then.
Just because you're on TRT doesn't make blasting safe, quite the opposite really. Being on a fairly high TRT dose your rbc's and hematocrit are going to run fairly high, then you add blast levels of test to that and you could have issues.
Are you on medically prescribed TRT? How often do you see your doc for bloodwork?
Hematocrit is fine. I donate anyway usually every 3 months although I don't need to. TBH, hight Hct is debatable. Elevated red blood cells aren't an issue. Its polycythemia with is a blood disorder and causes the blood to thicken. T just causes a healthy increase in red blood cells, not thickening blood. Again debatable to some.
Bloods were done every 3 months until everything was under control, now every 6 months.
I really appreciate the genuine concern here.
I am well off on TRT knowledge. I had to be as it was hard to find a good doc that knew what he was doing.
You are 100% correct mate.....ive tried to explain this before.
Example:
People who live at high altitude have a higher rbc with zero problems.....high rbc is nothing to worry about providing you don't follow with high blood pressure
RustyhookerSo then all the equipoise folks will jump on the rbc doesnt matter band wagon. I can assure you rbc DOES matter. Especially when ive never had bp at all to suddenly be 190/130! Donated double reds... back down to normal.
Make sure blanket opinions are well worded. It can kill you.
That's why I followed with.......
high rbc is nothing to worry about providing you don't follow with high blood pressure.
You can still have high rbc without bp problems as explained earlier people who live at higher altitudes have a higher than normal rbc.
Some athletes train at higher altitudes for this very reason.........
Higher rbc= grater oxygen delivery = better cardiovascular output.
But I'll definitely take your advice on board rusty
Isn't a higher RBC always going to result in a higher/high blood pressure though? If there are more blood cells in you I can't see how over time it won't affect heart rate/size etc....Not trying to be clever with you dude :-)
No mate not always........rusty is Wright tho I should have responded better.
Your rbc can be elevated to a certain point as to where it is highly beneficial for the body. BUT obviously if you keep making more red blood cells (which you would on an EQ cycle because your keeping the drug on your system for anywhere up to 16 weeks).
Then this will definitely raise your bp and over time stress the kidneys more blood volume ect......my point was don't freak out and panic if you get your bloods and your rbc is high......this will not cause your blood to thicken and kill you.
There's a lot more that needs to take place within the body to thicken the blood.
What would be interesting tho is to find any info on weather people with high bp (none steroid users) have a high rbc??

Right on!
When you did explain it, I'm sure people said otherwise, correct?
It was a long time ago brother......and yes I was told I was wrong.
I was giving bone marrow at the time and all this was explained to me by the medical team looking after me ;)
Just checking dude, didn't want you going to your doc with levels in the 2-3K range and getting booted by your endo, sounds like you really need it from a medical standpoint.
No worries brother, its all good! Like I said, I truely appreciate the concern and looking out.
I am going to have to time it, that much I know.
Guys, I am asking IN ADDITION TO TRT.
As in a blast but don't want to go high on T when adding something else.
RustyhookerThen YOU should edit your title. Because 9 outta 10 have already mentioned wording.
Whats your bf? Goals?
Don't understand why/how. It doesn't say "what to run FOR trt"...
But understood. Title changed.
Rusty, can you PM me, need to discuss a serious issue, unrelated to this post.
My bad dude, I misunderstood your post. Your asking what kind of cycle to run. Guess I'm slow today, seriously, my bad.
No worries bother! Been a long day for me as well. My apologies if I didn't come across clear.
"I currently don't need an AI at 160mg/wk." Last sentence, first paragraph......
.
.
The answer to the title question
"What to take for TRT" is ,
your doctor will tell you.
The title is actually "What to run on TRT".
Perhaps I'll ask advice on a forum where people can read LOL
Sorry to misquote you.
In all honesty , you are a babe in the woods when it comes to compounds.
You need to stop what you are doing and planning and speak to your doctor before you self prescribe TRT and potentially irreversibly harm yourself
Brother, I have been under a Doc's care for two years. Sorry if I wasn't clear in my post, no worries!
It is important for you to give information so others may assist.
Training experience?
Diet experience?
desired goals?
etc
There are many compounds that all have different effects for accomplishing different goals. The more focused you are on where you want to go the better a plan can be formed for you to get you there
I understand. It was more a less a guide to go by, mg's for mg's.
But your a doctor....
Hook a brothah up.
