I have gotten Tren cough twice in my life. I have injected more times than I can count or remember for that matter. It is very rare if you're doing things properly but it happens. Avoid quad injections like the plague. Delts are my preferred muscle. Glutes are good if you have assistance. I'm too muscular to comfortably reach my glutes without cramping during an injection so I avoid it. Make sure to research injection techniques and spots to assure you're doing things properly.

Lastly, why are you doing Test E and Tren Ace? You should be doing Test Prop with Tren Ace or Tren E with Test E. You should keep the esters half life as close as possible. Also your dosing is very high. That's overkill. More isn't necessarily better. You can reach a level where negative side effects exceed positive effects. I don't get the impression you're an experienced user of advanced steroids. Reduce your dosages and take products with similar esters.
