Test Prop / Mast Prop - Test Flu
Hey Guys
So I have been injecting some Test P from a certain source for 1 year (off and on) and no problems. I have been injecting 50mg/day for the past three weeks along with my weekly 210mg test cyp trt dose. I wanted to kick it up a notch and I got Masteron Prop from a different source. I started injecting 50mg/day with that along with my 50mg/day of Test P. No PIP or anything for the first week and then bam. One night my legs were restless, I broke out in a sweat, I was freezing. My temperature was 96 and then went to 101 in the next 4 hours. I ached, my bones hurt. Typical flu like symptoms. It sucked. Im two days past and I feel better but still ache a bit. What are your guys thoughts on what to do. I am a bit scared to inject even half the dose of my Mast P in fear of getting it again. My thought is my test p is from one source and I get along with his oils and solvents but I might not get along with my new source and his Mast P. What are your thoughts and experiences on what to do. I did take Vitaming C 2000mg/2x day along with zinc. That did help I think.

The symptoms sound a lot like cotton fever or some kind of infection from a foreign bacterial source.

RustyhookerBlend the oils can help. Flu season is here as well so consider that as well. Mast shouldn't pip at all. You rotate 8 pin points?

I always wonder is this because of some contaminated gear or you jt happened to get flu while on cycle
Umm not to be a jerk, but isn't it possible you just had a viral illness. Your symptoms sound like influenza. Did you get a flu shot this year. Just because you take steroids does not mean you can not catch a cold. I think you might be over thinking this a bit. You probably were just sick. Just a thought..
Bro, please fill out your profile. If the gear were contaminated you would be feeling the early signs of an infection. Find a lab you like and begin to develop a history with them - their solvents, etc. It is always a good idea to have some antibiotics on hand for that unforeseeable and extremely rare crisis. I am in complete agreement with GrowMore below. These are pharmaceutical products used in deep IM injection - the practices to insure maximum sterility must become second nature to you. Read the forums - many of us like to use separate drawing needles for extracting material from multiple use vials - others of us consider it unnecessary. Etc.
How old are you bro?
Test flu from what I gather is a reaction to blood level fluctuations in your body due to new compounds added. Doesn't mean the gear is dirty or anything like that. I have had 'test flu' 3 times out of 5 cycles. Doesn't last long (week or 2).
Keep doing what you are, add plenty of good whole food with plenty of vitamins and minerals, drink as much water as you can and finally get plenty of sleep! You'll feel normal in no time!
I went to the dr and found out I have pneumonia, flu and outer ear infection. Basically I'm a mess. I've never heard of test flu causing pneumonia like the normal flu so I think I just came down with the regular flu. I'm going to take some time to heal and then restart. Thanks for the replies.
