Sustanon 250 ADVICE
Hey guys!
It is my pleasure to join this site as I have been a member of many other sites that provide irrelevant information. So I would like to hear some suggestions in regards to cycles and stimulants.
This would be my first cycle. I'm currently 257 and 6 foot 1 with 21% body fat. 16 months ago I was at 309 and 28% body fat. Here is what I have in mind on taking:
- salbutamol(aka clenbuterol minus the gitters) week 1-6
- T3 (cytomel) week 1-3 and week 6-9
- Ketofin (to purify the receptors so I can stay on Salbutamol for 6 weeks)
I've done my research on this as you can see. However I've worked really hard to sustain my muscle and do not want to surrender it.
I feel the need to add some Sustanon 250 for that specific cause. And that is to keep my muscle but surrender that fat.
So I planned on incorporating it for 12 weeks at 250 ml per week. Once again my goal is not to gain more weight, whether that be muscle or mass. But to shed the baggage.
My diet is ok could be better. My ideal weight is 200 pounds with 15% body fat or less. Here is what my nutrition habbits consist of
- 200-220 grams of protein per day
- 200-220 grams of carbs per day
- 20-30 grams of fat per day.
- with 1 cheat day per week to eat whatever I like (but not to pig out)
What do you guys think?

Have you kept a log/journal of your training/poundage’s/diet and progress? It appears that you are disciplined in your approach, and that speaks volumes mate, so I guess you have? I would certainly up your Protein to at least match your current body weight. We all respond differently when it comes to reducing the carbs and fats. A personal preference, but you'll soon find out re experimenting. When (and you will) come to a plateau. That's the time to experiment re carbs and fats. You are young enough to experient in this area and get back on track if you make mistakes.
Logan1221 has a some quality advice mate. The information he has kindly shared is sound and G2G, take note!
I keep a log for foods consumed, strength gains and weight loss. I am definitely going to increase the protein. And keep cardio around 30 minutes no less. I also am going to experiment with the carbs as You and Logan1221 have mentioned. Appreciate the information You All. I will keep updates on condition.
Thanks
First off huge props to your hard work and desire to change your life for the better.I know it's not an easy thing. The general rule is to promote lean muscle mass you must take in1&1/2 your body weight in protein so you should be at minimal 350mg/day. If you feel the need to use aas's then I would go with something that will promote lean muscle like eq or primobolan. The sus will put water weight on that you don't want so IMO hit 600mg of eq or primo a week(taken in two injections like Monday and Thursday). Because these will drop natural test levels I would add a shot of test once every two weeks to combat this problem. The biggest thing is cardio and your diet needs to be not ok but on the money. Also don't worry about loosing what you have gained as long as you keep training you will not loose anything. Remember this is not a quick fix this is a lifestyle. There is no off season. Feel free to PM me for any advice. I don't know it all but I have 20+years in bodybuilding and I will help anyway I can Good luck brother
