I think the story with the "red-list" for addresses wirh seized packages is a myth but I also wonder why sources reship mostly never to the same address!

I think they can do it, but it's probably only used on major DEA or FBI cases that they have going. I didn't understand what you said about sources reshipping. Did you say why do sources almost never ship to the same address??
My guess is that the source is believing the same myth. Unless you are importing large scale distribution quantities, it makes no sense for CBP to flag the delivery address as opposed to the return address. Not that many suppliers would be stupid enough to list the address of thier actual set up, but still. There is no way they could manage the volume if they flagged every address for a small quantity seizure.
They just get to stick thier chest out after work and tell thier wives about how they "took more drugs off the street and out of the hands of children" while they trim thier mustache.
Next order you place pm me I'll tell you the address to send it to, I'll make sure it clears. Test, tren, and var have the best success rate in clearing so load up on them!
You'll get a letter sent to the same address your package was going to. It may take a few weeks, but it might also take several months or longer, probably depends on how busy they are.
From my personal experience, the address which received the seizure letter was not red-flagged and after a few months was able to continue receiving packs.
However, depending on where you live and what Authorities are doing, things could play out be very different. Take this story for example:

Steroids are legal in Thailand and they have much bigger problems to deal with. On top of that they are not a big fan of us or our government so they could really care less if you were purchasing steroids. Clearly, they wanted this guy for some other reason and use this as an excuse.
I know for sure that the Thailand PO/customs coordinated with the US PO/customs. They're still coordinating with each other I believe too. Packages being opened by Thailand customs then they are notifying the US customs what they are finding then the US customs is contacting the home owners on the package. Scary shit going on.
What would make that different then U.S. customs opening it and seeing it for themselves? It seems like it’s more incriminating for customs in the states to see it themselves. I just don’t understand I guess. For them to go as far as pulling trash and getting footage from the WU over four vials is not good maybe they had it out for him because he was a teacher or something.
I personally know people who either got a phone call or a visit for 4 vials.. the Thailand customs opens the packages to get around the search and seizure laws for the US. Then they're tipping off the US customs then all the US does is flag the package and open it once it arrives in their hands.
I've had plenty of people say blah blah blah you're crazy and they would never use the resources to go after 4,5,6 vial or a package of pills. 9 out of 10 of them end up shooting me a PM saying OMG you were right. You can choose to take this advice or not but don't ever say you were never warned.
Problem for them is they need a lot more to go after you than you getting stuff in the mail -they need the money trail.
Bottom line, you can not be guilty of receiving unsolicited goods. So sign for the pack with panache and worry not.
I believe you in my mind I was just curious at to why it would be that way. Thanks for the info. Ive already got one letter last month and it stressed me out. Definitely don’t need the men in blue knocking at my door.
It’s also Texas... they prosecute steroids in quite the draconian fashion. I think roidvisor had the story about the guy who got 35 years for what amounted to a single cycle, but they slapped him with intent to distribute and what not.
Got to feed the prison industrial complex somehow, the CEOs of these private prisons need to eat too ya know.

I was buddies with an ADA who basically said like all things in life if you’re ever pinched you keep it respectful with the officers and you keep your mouth shut until your lawyer shows up, and if your lawyer is worth his salt you’ll be fine. Number one reason he gave for most charges sticking, especially intent to distribute is because the guys always talked their way into a hole. He also basically said that a public defender is a guaranteed conviction - never use public defenders.
I’ve met cops on gear at some of the gyms i used to frequent and they could give two shits. They basically told me that if you’re on their radar for AAS, it’s usually because you’re either a dealer on their radar part of a bigger operation, or the AAS is secondary to other drugs and criminal conduct. Neither they nor anyone they worked with knew of any operation specifically targeting people for personal use amounts. They also said to use common sense and keep that shit at home. If they searched you/your belongings in public they had reason to arrest and it was entirely up to the discretion of whichever officer was present, chain of command, etc.
They were some of the most laid back guys I’ve ever met. I think people forget that they’re human too, with personal ambitions and passions, some of which relate to bodybuilding and strength sports. They work a job like the rest of us, and like all of us are simply pawns doing the grunt work for those higher up.
