Run forest! Run!

ad

What's your guys and gals take on roids that hinder running endurance and cardio, improve it, or not much of a issue. Many endurance athletes and runners who also like to make gainz (I know it's a sin to some people like cardio is a second language.) I'm sure would like to knows this info as well.

say someone has a job in the military or something of the such like police or firefighter where there job depends on some sort of cardio to the point where they have no choice to run

I once ran a mile in 4:50, without AAS! I also ran 10Ks quite frequently. If you need some help developing a plan, PM me.

That's impressive run time! Def sending you a pm but I like lifting weights also it's a big part of my life but after my 2nd cycle my run dramatically took a plunge body not use to the weight felt like my heart wasent up for the cardio. Hate cardio if it wasent part of my job I wouldnt care. That's for the replys people look for my cycle log once my gear gets here will be running dbol deca and test same as last cycle but will be putting diet aand cardio log in there as well to show I can bulk at the same time I'm increasing my cardio. Will hopefully prove that with the right caloric intake and training schedual you can do both without hindering one or the other. Stay tuned will be a month or so before I start.

Ben Johnson was a runner,............ just sayin.

Probably similar to what the cyclists (the bicyclists, .............. NOT the steroid cyclists) use,........... research will give you the answer,........ or Lance's phone number.

Running=the ability to lose gains.
Pick up some dumbbells

I don't understand what you are getting at. Are you asking if all roids hinder, improve upon, or are neutral with regard to cardio endurance? Or, are asking if every roid has a different profile as it pertains to cardio endurance?

If it is the former: No, some do have different profiles (i.e., Tren is horrible for cardio endurance)

If it is the latter: Yes (i.e., Tbol and Anavar are commonly used as tools to increase cardio endurance)

I guess I'm not understanding your question.

A master carpenter doesn't have just one hammer.

There is a right tool for every job. A task that requires a sledgehammer isn't the same as a task that requires a tack hammer, and so on and so forth. Different compounds have different attributes and should be used for different purposes. AAS is certainly a case where one size most definitely does NOT fit all.

Exactly the answer I would have given +1

P.S - this is a pointless post :/
