I would drop the EQ, Tren does pretty much everything EQ does but much better, well everything except appetite. Run the test for 2 weeks before adding the tren otherwise he might have an oestrogen drop.

tell him to drop the tren, and either run just the test with eq or he could put in an oral kicker, depending on goals, dbol,drol or anavar, he could even run npp/ deca instead of the tren, there is certain combinations of compounds that work together and some that don't and as for the esters, hes going to be running the eq for a prolonged period obviously so every week pinning with the test e makes for an easy cycle why chuck in something that has to be injected daily or eod doesn't make sense to me,

1)Short and long combo makes no sense to me in this case. If youre injecting at least EoD for one compound, I dont see how doing a different one say E4D saves you anything. Its still say 1ML of Tren, then 2 days later tren + other compounds, same amount of pins either way.
2)IMO convince him to drop the test amount
3)If its caber, 2x a week is cool. If its prami, better be every day. And slowly ramp up the dose, I went straight up to .5mg too fast while running NPP and felt weird as hell.

EDIT: Maybe try to convince him to forget tren. IDK how much experience he has with gear, but maybe just a longer run of test e and eq would be better for him.
