using single use vials multiple times

basically I'm in latin america and I've only one trusted source of steroids, and they only sell 1mL single use vials.
Is it ok to let it open and reuse it multiple time?
Or maybe I can keep it in a sterile syringe and transfer partially to an injection syringe when necessary?
anyone ever did that ?

Why are you splitting up 1ml dosages? What is the compound and at what mg/ml?
Or are you talking about ampules?
No you can't leave it open. If you don't use it all then trash the rest.
Honestly, your best bet is to get 10 or 20 mil empty sterile vials and draw each ampule and inject it into vial. Then use that as your multi-use.
