How to split a 50 mg capsule into 2 servings

I read somewhere on here to open cap, pour into a drink bottle, shake well and drink half in the am, half in the pm.
any thoughts on that or better ideas?

RustyhookerDrop it on a smooth plate mix it around and divide into 2 halves. Just like any powder.
You get get a cheap Capsule Machine,,,some empty gel caps,scale, and re do your dosages per serving.
You can use protein powder as a filler or powdered sugar.
Dbol is fairly cheap so I would just buy some new 10 mg tabs and scrap that 50 mg stuff. I personally wouldn't spend money on a scale to weigh it out and go through all that monkeying around. If anything I would go the drink bottle route and split it into 4 daily doses and see how that works, but have some new dbol as backup if that route isn't working.

Well honestly i bought tabs, was shipped capsules. Problem is it was from a website that resembles a big green marvel character. And he Aint der no more. So this is what im working with.
Get a mg scale: weight te capsule contents. Add 1000mg of filler (cornstarch, sucrose, lactose). Add the capsule content weight to the 100g and split that in half. Much more accurate.
The process is called titration. It allows for more accurate measuring of small increments.
Ps. Just get tablets next time. Capsules are a pain in the ass
I use a pill cutter to do mine but not sure if the split is perfect. By eye they look good and with the cyp I'm using with them, Im not super worried, gains have been great thus far as I'm 3 weeks in
Its not a tablet, its a capsule. I cut my tabs with a razor blade

I am sure that will work. I would get a scale that measures to the 1/100 and start with weighing the capsule's contents. Then take half that amount.
