Cycle and General Advice.

ad

Have some cycle advice and general questions -

Hey, new I'm new around here, and everyone seems pretty cool. I've learned quite a bit just browsing these forums.

I'm 37, 6'1, Between 195 - 205 lbs, 8% bodyfat.

Goal is 225 6% Eventually considering doing a show.

I have a TRT doc that prescribes 100 mgs of test cyp weekly which is just enough to maintain my current size and keep fairly decent abs year round.

DIET - I have a super fast metabolism. I would weigh 150 without test and training. I'm eating between 4000 - 4600 calories daily - and I actually am eating that much. I record all of my food, because at times I was exaggerating in my mind. I shoot for 250 - 270 protein daily and the carbs and fats I eat just to get my calories straight. I had to resort to a weight gain shake which I don't love, but the addition of 1600 calories makes it convenient. I don't love it because I try to eat clean, organic foods, and have minimally processed foods. (Which is odd because I don't seem to have a problem with other chemicals) The huge amount of maltodextrin about 200 grams of carbs - cannot be good on the pancreas so I actually use a small amount of insulin (Novalog) 8 IUS preworkout with 100 grams carbs - and 12 IUS post with 130 grams carbs. Before you jump down my throat about insulin I have been very careful testing blood sugar and seem to tolerate it well. I think taking insulin with a huge amount of carbs is healthier than having the carbs alone. Seems as though it would be less stress on the pancreas. Am I correct in this assumption?

TRAINING - I feel like my training is on point. I've been lifting for probably 10 years and I think I know what my body responds best to. Training sessions a bit long perhaps 1 1/2 hours typically. Trying to hit lagging parts twice a week - chest and rear delts - calves 3 - 4 times weekly.

ANABOLICS - This is one area where I need lots of help. I've had some home brewed test laying around for awhile and with my RX I take about 300 mgs weekly. I've been doing this for about 5 months. I've done cycles in the past but have never had a systematic approach. I sort of just pieced things together as they became available. Which is probably why when I make huge gains I typically don't keep them. The good news is that I've taken almost everything and I know what I tolerate well, and what my body hates.

I'm thinking of the following cycle - $$ is a concern.

Weeks 1 - 16 Test E - 600 mgs
Weeks 1 - 16 EQ 600 mgs
Weeks 1 - 4 D Bol 50 mgs daily (not sold on this)
Weeks 5 - 16 Anavar 40 - 80 mgs daily

I am gyno prone so I use Extemstane (6.25 - 12.5mgs as needed) I don't love super high cholesterol levels and I'm not concerned about maintaing a super dry appearance throughout the cycle. Although I do tend to bloat - which low sodium and very high water intake does seem to help. I have high blood pressure which is managed with Catapres and Hydralazine - I keep it in check. Its due to enlarged left ventricle - cardiologists says its cool probably from lifting heavy for years. EKG and stress came back super. I have a good doc and we try to keep everything in check.

I take 100 mcg of ipamorelin and 100 mcg CJC w/out DAC 2 - 3 times daily - when I have an empty stomach which seems rare these days. I've seen blood tests suggesting this combo is near 7 IUS growth a day - that's bullshit. I've run 3 IUs growth a day for months and it was vastly superior. But $$ I tried GHRP - 6 and didn't love it, never had the uncontrollable appetite that I expected. The peptides keep me lean as hell tho. I've never been able to eat 4500 calories daily and still be super vascular even in the abs and quads. I'm starting to wonder if this is why I can't seem to gain any substantial weight.

Questions are - any glaring changes that need to be made to the cycle? Forget the D - Bol? I don't love it anyway - I'm just impatient and I want some quick mass. (that approach has never really worked in the past tho)

I don't worry about PCT, I will just run 150 mgs test post cycle. I'll run a blood test and make sure my levels are 8 - 900.

Sorry for the bio - for the few of you who actually managed to get through this message. I should have probably broken this thing down into parts and asked in different places - but I've written it so I'm posting it.

Any help is greatly appreciated - I look forward to getting to know all of you.

The medical problems/slin/gear combo is not a good idea whatsoever. Plz re evaluate everything you are doing.
