Hello, I live in the US and just wanted to be sure if the following sources are legitimate and are of good quality

I'm aware that qvolt is not domestic to US but has anyone in the US bought from them? Was it a good purchase or did customs get it?
As for MDS, i know he ships from Panama City (not sure whether Panama City Florida or Panama), I tried emailing him twice but he's yet to get back to me.
If anyone has experience with any of the sources I'd be more than grateful to hear what you guys have to say.
