ad

I'm sure some of you guys have seen this, I searched but nothing came up.

This kid is seriously impressive. Just goes to show how hard work and the right attitude can get you strong AF without taking shortcuts.

Genetics beats drugs! He must have superior gene variants in the slow-twitch fibers TGFA, ACTG1, PEX14, and SYT1. Really impressive... I think he's a Collegiate powerlifter for University of Florida(Gators) according to his youtube handle!

Most of the gyms he takes video in are in Florida too. Imagine how strong he'll be at 30. Def professionally trained his technique is spot on! Holy fuck is he strong!

I had a friend wh was 6'2" weight 200 soaking wet and was freaky strong. He benched 450, and did did with 8 plates all the way down.

There are some naturally strong folk out there!

Just look at John Haack the current American record holder in the 193 class - the guy is just so unbelievably strong in every single lift. To be able to perform all of those massive lifts all in the same day I just do not know how he does it.

John hack is the fuckin man. Dude is out of control strong. I wanna be that kid when I grow up lol

This kid has been around for ages doing this - he picks a gym and sets his camera up trying to shock people with his bench. I'm not sure what his name is but he is supposedly a nationally ranked powerlifter and I'll bet my bottom dollar he is on gear even though he doesn't appear to be heavy. You'll never see him doing any deads or squats either Lol

Some people just are beasts! I think fear holds a lot of us back- fear of pulling muscle and getting hurt. I remember being young and not giving a crap.. I would lift heavy weights, and recover fast.

Wait until he gets older and wiser.. or after his first injury-.

Good video post bro

3:30 for the 170kg lift on the 2nd video. I got bored looking for the 175kg

Spot bro was way to casual for my liking.

Nice share mate, I would throw him some halo and Tren just to see what he turned into.

I got annoyed at the spot too. And he didn’t even take a lift off. Could have kept his position a little tighter if he did. That kid is super impressive.

There is a guy at my gym who makes me uncomfortable because he is benching 500+lbs and lifts it with ease BUT has his highschool age son spotting him. If this dudes tears a rotator cuff or any other injury like that during a rep he is looking at 500+lbs crashing down on him and a spotter who couldn't lift a 3rd of it off him.
