Trouble flipping images

Hey support,
I just uploaded another progress pic that is sideways and I don't see where I can flip images via the image preview.
I used Edge, Firefox, Chrome and still couldn't see the image preview. Any suggestions or is this a site wide problem? Thanks!

the picture is straight when I view it on my cpu. i'll try saving it under a different format or something, see if that works.
Edit it, then rotate it back to normal again...I know it looks straight but do it anyway, that’s what fixes mine.

I had to resave and rotate even though it looks straight on my cpu but they work now
