Getting back on the horse...
ad
A month ago I came down with Covid. I remember being super weak on my legs/shoulders day and then wham, I was slammed with a bad case of Covid. Two weeks later and I was still weak as a kitten, but started going into the gym. I feel like I lost 20% of my strength and I finally was back to baseline 4 days ago and then I came down with a cold. Prior to Covid I was lifting and doing cardio. Now I am over this cold and I hope to get back on track this week.

I can’t advertise my workout program on here…
Went to the Doctor and told him my "childhood asthma" was coming back with a vengeance. Said every time I workout I get a coughing fit that leads to me throwing up and gasping . Said I threw up in my motorcycle helmet after breathing in brake dust as well. Set me up with albuterol inhalers and nebulizer galore and an advair diskus. Helped me get through covid still breathing strong this year. You might have to flunk a breathing test tho.
NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), quercetin, Vitamin D3 at least 10,000IU per day, vitamin C when you first get sick or when you feel like you're about to get sick, 5 grams min and you will beat Covid much easier and strengthen your immunity.
Hit up your Emergen C, get good rest/sleep and short blast in gym til youre 100%. Pump n go.
Get well soon
Dude I swear by EmergenC and high water intake. Whenever I start feeling that tickle in my throat or any congestion start I'll slam a pack in the morning and at night for the first few days and then a pack a day till I start feeling better and always bounce back quicker.
Zinc is great too!
