Q about my diet manu

hello all
im going soon to 16w test c 400 + turinobol 7 wekks
im going with mass manu and i need help
my TDEE 2750 (30y.o 1.79, 89kg 5 training days a week)
im going with protine *2.5 so 225 and 0.5 fat so 45-50 thats mean carbs 360 maybe a bit higher later to about 430-480 carbs
how do you get around 360 carbs?
i have 2 meals of 250 rice (total 500 a day) or 340 sweet potato (680g a day) and also add bread
also add 120-170 legume (thats 240-340 a day)
is it possible to eat this amount? any tips?

First thing, you don't gain mass by eating your TDEE. That will just maintain weight. If going on cycle, you should eat 1k above your TDEE to take advantage of the nutrient partitioning the steroids will provide to gain the maximum amount of muscle. Just go for a 40/40/20 ratio of macros so with 3750 cals that would be 375 g protein, 375 g carbs and 85 g of fat. Don't ask me how to eat that much protein now Lol you either drink it or eat it. If you are not willing to do it then don't bother running a cycle.

You said nothing above about increasing cals. All you laid out was 2750 cals. It is not g/Kg it is g/lb so if you want to deal in KG it would be 1.1g/kg for fat and 5.5g/kg for protein/carbs. Cyclic bulking approach is good, lower cals are if off cycle. On cycle I would start at 500 cals above TDEE and increase +250 or more/wk.

so would you stick 40/40/20 all the way with +250 +500 +750

edit: i have noticed now its 0.5/lb fat and 2.5/lb so im 196.2lb so its
100g fat 490g protine thats sounds not ok

100g9 = 900
490
4= 1960
900+1960 = 2860 my TDEE 2700 even with +500 3200

I think you are a little low on your TDEE so I am going to round up to 3K cals as your TDEE. I would do weekly jumps of 500, 750, and 1K cals above TDEE. For now keep it simple with a 40/40/20 macro split. If you think you are gaining to much fat vs muscle than switch over to a 50/30/20.

You will be looking at weekly cals starting out at 3500, 3750, 4K then back to new TDEE for a week and keep repeating. If not gaining enough weight then bump cals up an additional 250 each week. So it would be TDEE, 3750, 4K, 4250 etc. Until you are gaining at the pace you want.

So initially with a 40/40/20:
3500 cals = 350p 350c 80f
3750 cals = 375p 375c 85f
4000 cals = 400p 400c 90f

i will work on it as TDEE 3k then will start from this point
TDEE +500 +750 +1000 will give it a change to see if i will be better..
abasically any key tips to understand im gain muscle and not fat?

Best advice I can give is to get Bodyfat as low as possible before starting cycle. If you start cycle with higher bodyfat all you are going to do is just get fatter with little muscle gain. I would shoot for 10-12% BF and then start cycle. Virtually everything you gain starting there will be then be muscle with very little fat. Bounce up to 12% than do minicut back to 10% and you won't gain hardly any fat. All muscle.
