Thanks a lot for your answer,
Many vitamins here, can take all via multivitamin?
You can but I dont like Multi Vitamins. They over or under dose them and then theres vitamins in them that your body just cant use so I just take the main vitamins that my body really needs
Zinc is always a good supplement to add. Your pct is dodgy. 5000iu hcg for 4 weeks as pct? Run the HCG throughout your cycle or blast it 2 weeks BEFORE your pct.
Running HCG all the way through your cycle is old school. The only reason you should really do that is if you are wanting to remain fertile. Other than that, Just run it about 2 weeks before your PCT and all the way through your PCT. Im TRT so I run HCG just whenever really.
I'm an oldskool kinda guy, until I had my first kid I always ran hcg throughout cycles. Recovery was a breeze.
So why it's a old school kinda way?
Because prior to the current method of blasting hcg 2 weeks prior to pct, running hcg the entire cycle was the go to method.
Both will work, its a matter of preference.
RustyhookerCorrect. My pct forum written by phds....
It's not just about fertility. It's about keeping Leydig cells from undergoing atrophy and keeping them responsive, so you won't have dysfunctional nuts that fail to properly respond to HPG axis input after PCT is initiated (at which point HCG is no longer in play).
Chances are that the guys who get permanently shut down and need HRT for life are the ones who weren't running HCG on highly suppressive cycles. Dudes who claim their nuts haven't atrophied without it are mostly lying or a rare exception. It's cheap enough to include in every cycle at 500iU/week and for most is virtually side-free (small % respond poorly), most common sides related to higher estrogen but that can be used as a benefit as well.
Always better to help keep the body in homeostasis than to allow an organ to atrophy/lose function, the same way you take precautions to protect the liver from the effects of 17α orals.
Also I'm just happier keeping my nuts full and shooting webs like spiderman, but to each their own.
So basically what you suggest?
Someone heard about love heart product?
I really don't take shit but to each their own. Most of the time if you have a good diet you don't need them. I may take vitamin C and D for immune system support but that's about it.
Vitamin c and d in
Seems like you’ve got half a health shop there. Maybe I’m a bit old school, but I’m not a big fan of taking all these bits and bobs. Should be in you’re food if your eating a proper balanced diet.
Just for support
but its not about PCT folx just supplements during cycle
Understood but you should take heed. If you don't PCT correctly all the supplements in the world won't help.
Just eat a well balanced diet. I'm not much into supplements except for Vitamin A.
This still is a not an upgrade from the cycle you posted earlier.
I heard Vitamin A could be toxic to some degree. What is Vitamin A used for even?
No you are correct. Vit A can be toxic in excess amounts. It's the most toxic fat soluble vitamin in excessive amounts. Retin A, Retinol or Retinoic Acid, which are used for the skin are derived from vitamin A. Vitamin A is involved in cell repair amongst other things.
Maybe vitamin S is a more appropriate tem
