A few asked me what I looked like at the beginning of my journey. Stumbled across this old gem. 18 years old, just graduated from HS. 14 years in and I’ve grown a lot physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Learned a lot and still learning everyday. I love bodybuilding. It’s been my anchor through the toughest times in life. I know many of you share that sentiment. Keep grinding brothers!

Awesome!
Looking great brotha.
I love your shout-out to spiritual, mental, and emotional health. That lets me know that you are a complete savage
Bodybuilding really did save my life. I had been living with undiagnosed Bipolar 1 disorder for many years. (It’s genetic, my father and oldest sister both are Bipolar 1, before anyone throws the theory of gear usage to it cause) It slowly got worse and worse. My mental health was deteriorating day by day. It was dark times. And bodybuilding and the gym was my one outlet where I could find peace among chaos. My own constant in my life I could rely on. Thankfully I’m now medicated and haven’t had episodes for many years but it was the gym that kept me going during that time, or else those voices in your head to end it because you cannot see nor even fathom the light at the end of the tunnel, might have won. I owe a lot to this sport. My life being one of them.
Hell yeah! That is how we grow…. through struggle and strife. War eternal against one’s self and demons. Blessings, respect and love to anyone in this life that refuses to lay down. I love hearing that shit bro, for real. Thank you
Love it my guy. Very complete back shot.
Thanks brother
Balanced mass
Kapsize has it going on!
Storming physique as always mate
Thanks brother
Amazing traps and calves, how u training you calves, twice a week?how many exercises
Just standing calf raise and seated calf raise. Donkey raises if/when I have access to a machine. Just the basics. Calves are one of those things that you either have em, or you don’t. It’s genetic.
Amazing
"It's been my anchor through the toughest times in life" After years in the gym, in the end, that's what it's all about, not so much building muscles. Excellent progress, although you weren't that bad at the beginning either. I started with 65KG/145lbs at 1.80cm/5.9
Exactly buddy - its the same with anything in life you become successful at, you have to love and enjoy doing it and the way it makes you feel, if you don't feel good from it you won't keep up the consistency and in the end will fall by the wayside and give up.
Agreed brother. Eventually, it doesn’t even feel like work or takes any effort. It just is, and it’s part of your life the same as breathing.
Beat your genetics. No more little guy. Those calves are crazy on those legs. +1
Right? Those things are fucking popping hard
