My new 2nd Cycle - Some Q

So I'm 30 years old, weight 88kg, 1.79cm around 16-18% BF
I'm soon to begin my 2nd mass cycle of Test 200mg and Turinabol 10mg for 16w (my first cycle was 12w Test)
It will be like this

-Week 1-16 test 200mg:
Monday 100mg
Thursday 100mg

-Week 4 Hormone Panel test

-Week 5-11 20/30mg Turinabol

-For PCT
*arimidex
*clomid
*tamoxifen
**i try to find 3 pcs of pregnyl 5000ui it's a bit hard

  1. I want to inject to my glutes muscle (1st cycle was only glutes area) and this time I want to combine the upper leg also
    I remembered to suck the test from the bottle is 21g needle - now my Q is I will use 25G needle to glutes and leg? What size of needle each part need?
    i will be happy to know more about the needles i need

I wonder how my training plane need to look like because I want to try maximize my strength and ability to lift strong and big but not do damage and get injured, and also my meal plan because I want to build some muscle and to use Tbol to lose some fat but not need to be fat as F.
I would like to get any advice or any option to follow a good and strong 16 weeks

200 a week is most guys cruise. id shoot for 400 if youre looking to blast. especially a second cycle. I mean dont get me wrong, thats cool you want to keep it low but if youre going to PCT then Id just go ahead and blast 400 a week. I mean as far as injury goes maybe stay on the hammer strength machines and away from barbells. No one can determine how or when an injury will occur. Tbol isnt really a fat burner or anything but can possibly help with endurance. 18 to pull 25 to pin. if youre going to use an AI during your PCT, then you may want to switch to Aromasin.

These are your questions now?!? For your SECOND cycle?!?!? Just research everything, especially nutrition. Its best to get that bf% down before starting any cycle

So you want us to tell you what type/size pins you will need, make a training plan for you cause you don't want to get injured, and provide you a meal plan also? Would you like an apple pie baked while we're at it?

This whole thing is a bad idea. 200mg/wk is just going to basically replace your natty levels right now. So all you are doing is shutting yourself down for no reason. Tbol is not a fat burner either. You will be taking one step forward and two steps back running this. Just curious what your first cycle was, because this one makes no sense.

300mg will be better? Or to buy some of 200mg and use it 2 times for 400.
I begin to understand that 200mg not enough so maybe will go to 400?

1st cycle was 500mg test Clean nothing Else. I had a bit jino in my nipples but fight with armidex

Pick a dose and stick with it throughout the entire cycle....no need to ramp up, as it just makes your hormones fluctuate, which can result in acne, depression, gyno . 400mg/week sounds sufficient and Mon/Thurs injection protocol, keep it simple, work hard in the gym and as equally hard with diet in kitchen, ample sleep/rest. Results will soon follow

the gyno was only at I think week 8-9 / 12
I begin with 500m from week 1 at the 1st cycle
anyway I listen to all of your advice and i ordered extra 2 more bottle's 200mg test i will begin with 200mg for 4 weeks then hormonal panel test to check everything and week 5 ahead 400mg test (do you think 4 big bottles of test will be enough for my calculation?)
sounds ok now?
Week 1-4 200MG test
Hormonal Panel TEST
week 5-11 Tbol 20/30MG
week 5-16 400MG test

If you ran 500 a week on your first cycle, and want to bulk on your second, then you would want to up the dosage, not lower it. that being said, its really nothing to do with gear and all how you eat.
