Winter Cycle Planning
ad
5’ 10”, 37 yr old male, 230 lbs, been lifting for a long time. Bf unknown but I can see abs trying to pop through. Prepping for a winter cycle. Just looking for strength and mass mostly. I’m planning on running:
Test C, 500mg week 1-16
Mast E, 250mg week 1-16
Deca, 300mg, week 1-16
Anavar, 25mg daily week 8-16
I will have an AI on hand for use as needed. If I Pct, it will consist of clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. I may or may not run around 500iu daily HCG on week 17 immediately prior to starting pct on week 18. However, I am also considering not doing pct and just cruising at 250mg test c per week.
Any constructive input from the experienced gurus is welcome. Thanks.

Yeah, that makes sense … just make sure the cruise dose is based on YOUR bloodwork and well being, not just a random number. The goal is to hold your progress, keep hormones stable, and let your health markers settle in a good place.(Cruise dose is individual … no one-size-fits-all. Some guys need a little more to hold size, some do fine on less, and some just say they’re cruising while they’re basically blasting year-round anyway
And yeah, I’m not a fan of PCT. It’s just not sustainable long term. If someone wants to “recover” after every cycle and stay big and healthy at the same time… man, that’s a fantasy for like 1% of people. For most, it just means losing gains, hormonal chaos, and running in circles.
If the goal is to keep some size and quality of life stable … just commit to TRT and manage things properly. It’s a way more realistic approach than cycling + PCT forever.)
TRT = Health / Hormone Balance / Quality of Life
(Bringing your levels back to normal and keeping your body functioning optimally.)
Blast & Cruise = Performance First, Health Second
(You’re choosing to stay enhanced year-round … you manage health, but performance is the priority.)
There’s no point blasting all year if you throw it away by crashing or PCT’ing hard. Cruise smart, keep what you earned.
That’s the move IMHO, brother.
After I finished the blast in this post, I ran 250mg test c per week. I also switched to a lipid recomp diet to correct the damage that Anavar did to my lipid profile and I’ve been meaning to post the update on that.
After 10-12 weeks on 250mg test c, my lipids and all other markers were well within range (except free and total test, those were still pretty elevated and LH and fsh were low but that’s all to be expected). Ultrasounds looked good as well, too.
Next cruise I might step it back to 200mg/wk to possibly recover quicker or just stick with 250mg/wk as I know about where my system runs on that dose.
My system also really liked the blast in this post. No harsh sides or complications. It was really smooth and lifting heavy never felt better and I always had to peel myself from the gym because I just didn’t want to leave. I also have an idea of exactly how much that run of Anavar could skew my lipids and how long it took me to recover.
It would be a good idea to have Caber on hand as well. Better to have it and not need it than not have it and need it.
No need for var. It will not add muscle and will be bad on your lipids. HCG during this cycle is better. 250iu twice a week. Can run it up until when PCT starts. Rest is fine...
Also, bloodwork before, mid and two months after PCT is finished.
If your looking for strength and mass then I would drop mast and increase the deca and test slightly I would also run dbol or oxys instead of var
It would go something like this for one of my guys
600mg test c
400mg deca
30 mg dbol or 50mg oxy
Sorry for the late reply, @HENCH500
How long would you have your guys run the Dbol? And would you prefer oral or injectable Dbol?
