Need a beginner cycle

So sum things up quickly, I'm looking for a beginner cycle. I currently have 60 tablets of 50 mg Anavar, and 30 tablets of 20 mg Nolvadex. I wanted to do a Anavar only cycle for my first ever cycle but after a little more research all the sources are recommending I add a test base. I was wondering what would a Anavar and Test cycle look like? I am 23 yrs old weigh about 145 lbs at 20% bf and I am 5'10.

Valhalla0411Id say wait a few years and have some lifting under your belt. Steroids aren't a magical pill or liquid that's going to get you what you want. You still gotta train and eat and stay healthy. 1. Your only 23, im still young to be doing this technically and im 26. 2. You need to get a nice diet/training regiment for 2-3 years and do some clean bulking, jump a few pounds up over the next few years then when you platueu consider your options. Im 5' 10" sitting at about 16% bf right now but i weigh 199.7 as of yesterday. The size will give you what you want but it takes a while. I've platued and my test was shit from prohormones at 19years old so take your time, do a shit ton of research and listen to the guys here. Guys like simmonmangus, deeman, makwa, press1, don't shrug what they say off.
Need to eat big and train hard young man. Until you work that out and do it consistently for a few years steroids wound be a waste of time and money.

Hi. I’d recommend waiting until you have lowered your body fat before starting a cycle. Getting diet and training on point before starting to take steroids will serve you in the long run. Link below for first cycle info when you are ready.
