+ 1 2nd cycle layout
First cycle was a bit of a trainwreck, had no idea what I was doing, but learned A LOT from it.
Here is the layout for my next cycle starting in a few weeks:
•25mg dbol (3x a day) for 4-6 weeks (length will be determined after week 4)
•400mg test e for 10 weeks
•Liver supps (tudca, nac, milk thistle)
•500iu hcg eod starting on week 11 and running for 3 weeks
2 weeks off before start of pct
•1-2 aromasin 6.25ed
•1-2 nolva 40mg split am/pm
•1-2 clomid 100mg split am/pm
•3-6 nolva 20mg
•3-6 clomid 50mg

•5000iu vit D3 ed
•ashwaganda ed
•horny goat weed/maca/yohimbe ed
Diet:
~3250 cal (200g protein, 100g fat, 350g carbs)
0.5-1 gal water
Blood tests before start of cycle, after week 4-6 (whenever I stop the dbol), and 6 weeks after finishing pct
Training 5-7x per week
What are your thoughts on this? Any input/advice is greatly appreciated!

Skip the dbol. Need to boost the protein up. Min of 1.5g/lb.
Rustyhooker25mg split....for 3 a day? 75 would be friggin crazy. Lol
Honestly...if first was trainwreck....get a basic test only with bloods first. Early on cycles should hit ya 10lbs rock easy if everythings on point. I repeated til i needed more or different.
25mg total split up in 3 doses daily lol, should’ve been more clear. My first cycle really wasn’t terrible, had some issues in the beginning but ended the cycle just fine and ran the current pct laid out here. Didn’t get any blood work though
RustyhookerYour choice.....but id repeat just test and get it right. Tweak diet and gym. Its really trial and error. Gear simply recovers you faster so its really the input of good cals and output in the gym. Dbol can add in an estro bump of course which points to as/if ai needed. If you choose dbol then i took mine with my nutrient dense meals.
