Question for experienced HGH users
ad
I recently started HGH and I plan to stay on it long term.
I started out with 2,5iu/day (Hyges black tops) and I am about to bump it up to 5 or even 6iu.
One thing that always crosses my mind and worries me, will my hands/feet/jaw/intestines grow larger?
By reading on other forums there seem to be several members that experienced either hand or feet growth, jawline is now a little protruding and or their formerly flat stomachs seem now to be sticking out.
Has anybody first hand experiences with any bone growth effect?
Into what range would your IGF-1 level have to be to experience visible unwanted skeletal growth?

I don't think that you can really go on what happens to others as a bench mark.
If you are worried about Growth features then use a smaller dose.
Personally if I was looking for long term I wouldn't go over 3-4iu.
That would still give you great results. More isn't always better...
Iron_MonkIma FR ya. Lets be friends
Ive been on 6ius for about 6 mos no problems with me bro
Iron_MonkCause its only been six months. Your newly proliferated cells have yet to mature
Yes I agree with you
How long and at what dosage did you run GH? And pharma or generics?
Iron_MonkBoth. Every dose between 2-10iu. Years nonstop with peps too
So would you say that a 6 months cycle of 5iu/day Hyges would cause VISIBLE growth for my organs/hand/feet? I am most concerned about facial features
Iron_MonkDefinitely not. I meant years of abuse my friend. You said long term...
Okay thanks brother, thats what I wanted to know.
Did your hands and feet grow?
Iron_MonkOver the years definitely :/
My face isnt that bad though. Maybe you can see it in my nose and ears but thats it.
You could really contribute to this community and help others that are contemplating HGH (ab)use by posting a picture of your gut. I am serious
Iron_MonkHelp how? Google dave palumbo lol
That should teach the youngsters
Most people are not willing to do the extreme things pros do, neither am I. I assume you are not a pro but a "normal" person, so seeing evidence in somebody like standard HGH users would be an enlightenment for the whole GH community
Iron_MonkWho you calling normal? ;) lol
But yeah maybe..
Bro by normal I mean not abnormal
Iron_MonkIgor where did you get that brain?
Somebody named Abbey Normal
Fuckin love young Frankenstein.
Anyways i been using hgh and test since I was like 22. So thats like 5-6years of use....
You"ll be fine with 6months
What was your average dosage you´d say. You mentioned swaying between 2iu and 10iu´s
Iron_MonkDepends if it was pharma or generic. But 3-5iu is my sweet spot but ive gone up to 10iu for a couple a months before too.
No offense but you are all telling me what I/everybody already know/s. Does anyone have some first hand experience or know of some friends that do?
Iron_MonkYeah
I literally was the first to post. I have a turtle shell shaped muscle belly at 6-7% bf
The highest concentration Igf1 receptors in your body exist in your intestines.
IMHO I wouldnt bump it from 2.5 ius to 5 or 6 all at once better to ramp it up gradually
Sure, I plan on increasing 0,5iu/week. I am not worried about transient HGH sides, just about irreversible long term effects.
Gotcha sounds good! I dont believe 5-6ius is going to cause any of the long term sides just my thought
Iron_MonkWanna see hGH abuse?
Google dave palumbo.
Mans face looks like a cartoon character.
Iron_MonkSides are inevitable. Slow but inevitable. Even at a low bf% my gut is distended.
I ran test/hgh a long time thinking it'd be best to avoid steroids and gh wouldn't cause any sides. .
Prolactin build up, insulin resistance and disproportionately large facial features are my biggest fears.
Everything is better in moderation.
Good luck brother
So do you think 5iu/day is too much?
Iron_MonkDepends on your goals. But IMO not at all. 3-5iu is average for me
You would have to take large amounts for sometime before it began to affect your physical characteristics in such a manner.
This is a good article... http://www.hgh.org/Does-HGH-Make-Your-Bones-Grow.html
