Based on the products below, what blood tests should I order for my rat to check his levels before I do this to make sure everything is ok for him?

I wanna incorporate T4 for him and I notice the rec dosage is 100mcg but when?

Aicar (rec 5mg? when?)

GW-50156 (Don't know dosage or admin time of day)
