What's biggest mistake in the gym, that you know you make?
For me it's not having a workout partner on chest day. The reason I say that is how can I really get to failure on incline/ decline bench, if I don't have anybody there to help get the weight off my chest. So I leave some in the tank. And I guess second, my not asking for a spot from guys I've known for years. Crazy I know.
I'd like to hear if anybody else has some gym habits that don't make any sense. Maybe we can all learn something or at least get laugh.
Be blessed fellas.
