HGH withought Exercise

ad

Hi Bros. I have a question: Is it possible to gain Muscle/Bone mass while using 2-4IU GH ED WITHOUT excersing? Im gaining weight but my pants are a bit looser. Yes I know I should have some type of exercise program but I have a desk job and I am forced to sit all day and I haven't my fitness program in order yet. Its been 4 months now and I feel stronger and healthier but I really don't look any different.

What you're doing now is kind of like getting the keys to the sports car, then staring at it in the garage and not driving it, but saying its because it isn't sunny outside. Go drive that thing!!

So here's what you have to keep in mind; you need 3 weeks to make a new habit. 3 WEEKS! You just need enough mental toughness to make yourself hit the gym on the way home from work 5 times a week, for the next 3 weeks, and you will have a new habit. Start off slow and work your way up. Before you know it, you will be addicted and crave the gym. Then you'll naturally want to eat healthier because you're working hard. You cravings for bad things will go down naturally as well. And then, you'll start feeling proud of yourself. Proud you're being productive. Proud you're bettering yourself. All this is 3 weeks away. You can do it. No excuses. Trust me.

Thanks Reilly. I appreciate the Sports car analogy as I have one in the garage now...just waiting for spring to arrive. I see what you mean now. My reason for asking this question was to get input on weather or not GH can add muscle and mass without working out. After 4 months on decent GH I feel much healthier and my arms are bigger and stronger. Ive gained nearly 5 pounds but my pants size has gone down 1 inch. However...I do realize that I need to get to the GYM. Probably the most terrible thing Bros will learn about me is that I have a Gym 50 ft from my shop. I see people going in an out of there all day...the parking lot is always packed so I know something good is happening over there.

No, that all makes perfect sense to me actually. I learned years ago that I needed a gym that wasn't exceedingly convenient for me to actually go. At that time, I had a gym I went to, but moved into a new condo and the building had a full membership quality gym. So I cancelled my membership since I could workout in my building. But what I realized was that as soon as it was that convenient it was too easy to say, oh I'll go later. So I ended up not going often. So I rejoined my gym. I think its easiest for all of us when its just a habit on the schedule. Like you just know you go to the gym when you leave work, no matter when that is. For me, I go when the stock markets close, everyday like clock work.

And to answer your question about the HGH, yes it will benefit and slightly reshape your body without exercise. You'll have more lean muscle mass, sleep better, and heal better. But the benefits wont compound over time. Basically you'll get to probably where you are now, and you'd have to keep taking HGH just to maintain what benefit you've gotten. You need to add in exercise and diet to the equation. In fact, if you're having a problem with drive and you're past 30, I'd say maybe you should go get your testosterone levels tested. You are probably pretty low. I go to a clinic and get a testosterone shot once a week, and take 4iu of gh every morning, then take the weekend off. That regimen with gym and healthy diet works wonders.

Ok, I'll get tested. Im 49, 5'9 and 240. I used to be 172. Gotta get back under 200 at least. What T would you suggest for a beginner? I'll go and get some.

The clinic would administer your testosterone. I am taking a bio identical testosterone cyponate. Basically this means the body reacts as closely to its own testosterone as possible. I would bet the clinic would give you the same thing. I'm through 6 shots, and man do I feel better. I didn't feel bad before, but having the clinic give you testosterone makes you feel like a new man. This is an area of medicine called Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). Go get tested, if you're low and take this with the HGH, your improvements will compound, and your drive in all areas will increase.

Ok, Thanks for all the info. You've been a great help today.

No problem buddy. FR me and don't feel bad ever asking for help or thoughts on things.

Now see...this is what I needed. Nobody else would care to help a bro out. I appreciate everyones input and I will do what needs to be done. Seriously...I appreciate it.

Seriously?! You can't carve out 45 minutes to work out... I call BS

Get off your ass... get on a treadmill and start walking that fat off.

T-Dawg's picture

I know...yes it is BS...Im a lazy guy. Gotta get outa this funk and do something about it. I did buy a treadmill 6 months ago but I bout blew my heart up the first time and after that I never got back on. Its all about self control and making yourself get out of the easy chair and onto that blasted treadmill. Im my worst enemy.

Greg's picture

Start off slow... That's why I suggested walking.
Occupy your mind, put a TV in front of the treadmill
Mix it up. Walk faster during the commercial breaks, normal pace during the show.

Exercise will get you out of your funk. some days I loathe the thought of working out. 10 minutes in... not so much. After, I'm always in a good mood.

6 months ago you found a treadmill and eroids... It's time to get off of your ass.
Do you have a wife? kids? Do you want to see your grandkids? Get off of your ass.

Just hoping I wasn't "wasting" my GH. I guess I could get outa my chair and actually try some cardio or lifting to see if it "excellerates" the GH. Bottom line is I do feel better...so I guess your right.
