I would get an IGF 1 and HGH SERUM blood test. Inject 10 iu IM 3 hours prior to getting you test done.

It depends on age, for me the refrence range is 120-360, so anything in their would be considred normal. But my baseline before ever using gh was 124, so when i got it up to 365 using crappy generics when i first started messing with gh despite it only being 5 points out of normal it was a pretty good increase. Yes 260 is in normal range, unless youre very old and your refrence range doesnt go up to 260. So the best thing to do is go get your igf-1 levels checked, natural without being on hgh for atleast a few weeks. And then again after being on for 10 days or so. Then youll know forsure if something increased your igf-1 levels. unfortantely there is noway to test gh prior to using it, unless you do a serum test, but all that will tell you is if there is a gh like peptides in the vials, it wont tell you if its 191aa, or if its bioavaiable or anything. Best thing to do is like i said get a natural igf-1 baseline and then start your gh and if your running 6ius or less you can go get your igf-1 levels tested again in about 7-10 days so if it is crap your only wasting a week of your life on the junk.
