I've researched for weeks on Google and here on eroids. I feel like I'm in space with all the different info I get online. I tried bulking for the first time this year upped my cal. As much as I could met macros. I got bigger more full and wider. Im attempting to diet 2500 cal a day. but feel week and hungry. Get no pumps at the gym and just feel blah. I went back and looked at my fitness pal app and before I bulked I was barely getting in 2500 calories a day felt better had mean pumps. Must be the lower salt intake and cut out all soda. The reason I never bulked was I wasn't hungry enough to eat. Tren and Anadroll suppressed my appetite. But was mad ripped and at a weight of 190-195. If I added cardio I feel like I would be more show ready then I am now.
THE QUESTION HERE IS WHERE DO I START TO PREP. WHAT SHOULD MY CALORIES BE,
MACROS. DO I KEEP MY CARBS HIGH? WHAT'S A GOOD CUTTING CYCLE.
All knowledge is welcome. I'm in search for a prep coach who will give me all this info but what opinions from others.

If you feel weak and hungry you are certainly out of balance. There are multiple variables that need to be isolated one at a time.

1) how many grams of carbohydrates do you take in daily? What sources?
2) how many meals per day make up the 2500 cal? I'm assuming 2500 cal is net...
3) how many grams of protein per day and how many grams of fat?
4) what is your vitamin supplementation?

Hire a coach. Or spends hours everyday for months in end and learn.
Getting a coach can jump start your progress fast though.

Hey saw this post got no love. There is a lot of info out there. How old are you?
