I have been running growth for almost 3 months. And just recently started to see some results. (4ius). I am starting to see my abs alot better. I actually have veins popping through my lower abs. But, damn it takes awhile to see som ething. I guess everyone is different depending on dosage and genes. I would like to hear fromother people how long it takes to see results for them.
