leg spasms
ad
I was wondering if its just me or this happens to alot of other people. Everytime i inject in my quads i have a muscle twitch or spasm. I figure i could be hitting a nerve. But this happens 9 out of 10 times. I dont have this issue anywhere else. Anyone care to chime in?

Well i will try to sit next time. Im gona take a break on the quads for now
23 is big for quads/delts imo. Good luck to ya!
I run 22 for everything, but I'm not very pip sensitive. It just takes a little more patience to pin slowly lol.
Anonhey fast, i've never gone smaller than 23 for oils. i'm about to start pct and then my next cycle will end with a cutter, so i'm looking at more frequent pins. which means i'm gonna have to wonder into other site locations like the delts and quads plus my glutes. def don't wanna contribute to unnecessary pip bc i used a pin too big. what i'm curious about is if some oils, in your opinion, are too thick for a 25. like muta's or perses? their shit is THICK.
Ive used many brands here with a 25 and no problems at all. Slower pinning helps relieve pip. Click on my name...check my forums. Some maybe right where your asking. Always up to help!
AnonWill do and your help is always appreciated
Pins are 23g and its standing up. The muscle is relaxed. Im not injecting into a flexed muscle.
25 x 1 & sit. I cant even stand and i pin quads only eod

Sitting? Pin size?
Anonit could be a nerve or just a reflexive response of the musscle from the pin. if it was a nerve, you wouldn't be saying "i wondering if i may have hit a nerve". first time you hit a nerve, you'll know it, trust me. my quads and glutes did it almost everytime before they got used to being stuck ed to eod. i rarely hit my quads anymore, but when i did, it did it also. mostly, i think, because it was a virgin muscle and wasn't used to being poked.
I have this problem occasionally. I think it could be a peripheral nerve? But 9 times out of 10, damn! Have you tried moving the injection site a little ?
