+ 1 HGH Dosing Protocol

ad

So, I've heard different opinions on proper dosing. I've heard 10-12IUs a day, in a divided dose. So, that would be in the morning, and again either pre-workout or, 6-8 hours later. I've also heard about 5 day on/2 day off protocol. All of this makes sense, but I wondered what you guys have found to be the best approach.

Truth be told, I am not sold on MK 677. Run as much HGH as you can afford. Nothing compares to the real deal.

there are some really good generics out there that make it affordable to run GH year round now.

There are 3 questions here - what dosage to take, how to split and if you should take days off.
1) Dosage. If it's real pharma-grade or good generic from a reputable brand, then assume it's fully dosed. In this case, start at 2-3 IU and build it up to 4-5 IU/day. That's the higher end of what you might need as an amateur. 10-12 IU/day is more about professional athletes. However, if you read studies on HGH, they suggest children to take 0.6 mg/kg of weight. That's 2 IU/kg. With 20 kg it's 40 IU/day! Insane! 1-1.5 IU of real HGH will give you to the middle or higher end of reference range for a 20-30 yo person
2) Should you split the dosage? As I read and seen myself, splitting dosage gives a more smooth HGH serum level, but no real influence on IGF-1 levels. HGH helps with fat loss, IGF is more of an anabolic. So, you can split the dosage to get that effect. 2 equal dosages is okay. Timing depends on how you respond to it. Normally 1 shot in morning and 1 in the middle of day or before sleep (if HGH gives you too much sleepiness).
3) Should you take days off? The same logic as with splitting the dosage. With 5/2 off you will save some HGh and money and will keep the same levels of IGF-1, but at the cost of the effects that HGH itself gives aside from IGF

Hope it helps

You covered pretty much all angles.
Dosage will depend on quality on the gh, your experience with gh and your level in bodybuilding. How much muscle you carry.
Frequency if you look for IGF1 release, so size gain. 1 shot per day and I would do ONLY training days. Some guys in 90s have done every other day (say 3 times a week) to keep receptor fresh. Again. If you look for that big igf1 release.

I do 4 times a week, on training days, first thing in the morning 10iu generic. Back in the day I would do with insulin, more gains. I would shoot gh and insulin same time, then meal 1. Science would tell you to wait 30mn then take insulin, then eat your first meal.

I like your answer. Detailed and very helpful. Thanks!

I would really start at the lowest dose, for example 2IU and progress from there. Even more, if it’s your first time using HGH. With regards to 5 day on / 2 day off protocol, it doesn’’t make sense, unless it’s budget related.

JBsuperman's picture

It would be a budget thing. I did some research and the suggestions were EOD or 5on/2off. It also suggested twice per day, but some of the comments suggest once a day is enough.

Agreed, if budget is indeed a reason. With regards to dosing protocol I would suggest once per day, if its 1-2IU and split, if you have higher doses (4IU ex: 2IU morning empty stomach / 2 IU evening before bed or 2IU before workout or post workout / 2IU before bed) - it really depends on goals.

I hVe had great results on 2iu then you can work your way up

I'm seeing a lot of responses suggesting that. That could be the best way to go. It would be my first time, so starting low is probably smart. I've read some of the pro BBers take 10-14IU a day, but I don't know how true that is.

I also think there weight could be. A factor in that along with then running other stuff
But if all we need is that little polish to our physiques
Starting at 2 iu also using it at the right time

I probably don't have the patience to start low like that. I literally have to force myself to take it easy and work up in dosage.

Makwa's picture

Pin 5+ iu right off the bat. You will soon realize why you should have worked your way up to that dose.

That sounds like good advice.

I did read that it takes a few months, so I'm going in with modest expectations at first.
